All going good with the car, very pleased with the experience of buying the car everything was very smooth!

Junaid was great, I got to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby just before they were closing but he still made sure I got everything I needed. I took a BMW 330E and am loving it so far although I am still getting used to having a hybrid and how to get the most out of it but the guys at the dealership have been happy to offer me guidance on this.

I am absolutely in love with my Nissan Leaf! Found it on Autotrader and then went down to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby to have a look at it. The guys were so good and just made the process really easy and simple. One thing I think is really lovely compared to other dealerships is that they let you take the car for a test drive on your own. It just really put us at ease and took any awkwardness away when we wanted to have a chat about the car between us before making a decision and we got to have a good feel of the car. I was smitten with it though and took it the same day as I just couldn't wait! It is just absolutely gorgeous and makes me feel so glamourous - even if I am only doing the shopping haha!

I found my Vauxhall Corsa through a finance broker who recommended Premier Car Supermarket - Derby. The guys were great on the day and the experience was brilliant! The only problem I had was a few weeks later the clutch went but the guys at Premier sorted it out for me and even paid for the recovery from Huddersfield to Derby!

I had been looking for my new car for a while and just wasn't confident or happy with my local dealerships in South Wales as they seemed to be really pricey for the Crossland I wanted. When I widened my search Premier Car Supermarket - Derby came up and had a great price so I had a nosey at the reviews and saw there were no negatives really from people who had bought cars there (the only negatives I saw were from people who weren't even customers!). I made the journey and was not disappointed, the guys were so relaxed and it was so nice to not get pounced on as soon as I got there. Junaid just let me have a good look around and then came to check on me after a while. It turned out the car I had seen online was round the back being polished so Junaid took me round to have a look at it and I was sold, I didn't even ask for a test drive! The paperwork and everything was sorted so all I needed to do was sort my insurance and go back to collect it which I did a week later and I have to say, the drive back in my new, freshly polished Crossland was brilliant!

The guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby were absolutely great when I went to look at my BMW X1, they answered all my questions and sorted everything I needed. I did have some knocking after I took it away but I emailed them and they got it booked straight back in to get sorted. I was shocked as I emailed them quite late in the evening by the time I remembered and wasn't expecting a response for a while but they got back to me straight away which was just really good as I always forget in the day when I am working.

Found my first car at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby! I was looking for a nice reliable car and my Corsa definitely fits the bill. It has been really good, drives nice and I use it everyday. The guys at the dealership are so helpful and friendly, they took me on a test drive so I could be sure it was what I wanted with it being my first one.

I'd been looking for a new Golf for a while, as my Audi was getting a bit much for me now I'm just pottering about. I was on holiday in Scotland when I saw it become available again at Premier Car Supermarket as it had already been reserved before so I snapped it up as soon as I saw it and reserved it. That is such a good feature so you don't lose out to someone else if you can't get there on the day. So far the car has been great, bar me getting a nail stuck in the tyre 🤦‍♂️. There were 2 guys at the dealership looking after me and they were really good, they made sure I understood the part-exchange process and took my Audi out for a test drive while I had a run around in the Golf. It was all really simple and clear and was all sorted in about 45 minutes, including the paperwork!!

Nigel was great from day one, he was so reassuring and made sure any issues with my Nissan Qashqai were being addressed to my satisfaction, got me a second key sorted quickly and is looking into any other concerns I had. We knew what car we wanted, as it had to be an automatic for my wife due to her bad knee, so I had a look at the dealerships I usually use and the quality was just subpar with the cars being filthy. When I went to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby it was like a breath of fresh air, they had better quality cars by a country mile. Really can't fault them.

Found my 330E on Autotrader as I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for a certain spec which Premier Car Supermarket - Derby happened to have in at the best price I could find. Junaid was great when I got there and it was very relaxed, they just gave me the keys and said it's your to have a look at, take for a test drive or whatever you want, nothing was too much trouble. I was 90% certain I wanted the car before I even arrived and the service I received just cemented it for me.
