I'd been looking for a new Golf for a while, as my Audi was getting a bit much for me now I'm just pottering about. I was on holiday in Scotland when I saw it become available again at Premier Car Supermarket as it had already been reserved before so I snapped it up as soon as I saw it and reserved it. That is such a good feature so you don't lose out to someone else if you can't get there on the day. So far the car has been great, bar me getting a nail stuck in the tyre 🤦‍♂️. There were 2 guys at the dealership looking after me and they were really good, they made sure I understood the part-exchange process and took my Audi out for a test drive while I had a run around in the Golf. It was all really simple and clear and was all sorted in about 45 minutes, including the paperwork!!

Nigel was great from day one, he was so reassuring and made sure any issues with my Nissan Qashqai were being addressed to my satisfaction, got me a second key sorted quickly and is looking into any other concerns I had. We knew what car we wanted, as it had to be an automatic for my wife due to her bad knee, so I had a look at the dealerships I usually use and the quality was just subpar with the cars being filthy. When I went to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby it was like a breath of fresh air, they had better quality cars by a country mile. Really can't fault them.

Found my 330E on Autotrader as I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for a certain spec which Premier Car Supermarket - Derby happened to have in at the best price I could find. Junaid was great when I got there and it was very relaxed, they just gave me the keys and said it's your to have a look at, take for a test drive or whatever you want, nothing was too much trouble. I was 90% certain I wanted the car before I even arrived and the service I received just cemented it for me.

Had to get an estate as my car just wasn't big enough for two kids, their scooters and everything else they bring along every time we go out. I was just having a scroll through online as I knew what I wanted and Premier Car Supermarket - Derby had the best price I could find. Junaid was brilliant, he was so attentive and arranged for me to take the Ford Focus Estate out for a test drive. He came with me on the test drive as I was scared I was going to get lost! It was such a simple process and took all of that stress out of buying a new car.

My mum bought a car from Premier Car Supermarket - Derby about 8 months ago and was very happy with the service so when it came time for me to look for a new car it was a no brainer to go there. It turned out, Junaid who handled my mum's sale also handled mine and he remembered her - what are the chances! We went to look at a Troc but when we got there we didn't really like it. The car was for my wife and she spotted the Nissan Qashqai so Junaid sorted it for us to have a look at this one and we took it for a test drive and my wife loved it. She didn't drive her last car much but this one she is taking out all the time and is really enjoying it so far. It did have a slow puncture but Junaid was really good and got it all repaired for us even though I know that is not usually something a dealership would do. Would definitely go back when it comes time to get a new car and would recommend them to anyone!

When I went to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby to have a look around, I fell in love with a Seat Taracco. Typically, it had already been reserved for someone else but Junaid sorted it so I could still have a good look at it and take it for a test drive. He wasn't pushy and was just really good all round and even gave me a call after I had left to let me know that it was now available to see if I wanted to take it! There were a couple of chips/scratches but I liked the car so much I took it anyway.

Got my VW Troc from Premier Car Supermarket - Derby in April and it has been great. The only problem is it only had 1 key so I can't access my satnav yet because of the fancy system it has but the guys are sorting that for me and it wasn't their fault so I appreciate them getting it sorted for me anyway. Junaid and the guys at the dealership were all good guys and made it all as straight forward as you can get. The service has been amazing all the way from when I got there to the courtesy call I received afterwards which I really appreciated. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Junaid was really good, he wasn't pushy and got me out on a test drive in the Dacia Duster. It was a fine experience and I loved the car so took it there and then!

Took my son to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby to have a look at a Hyundai I20 and the way we were handled was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. When we left with the car a warning light came on to do with the hybrid system so we popped straight back and the guys just got us settled and sat down while they handled it straight away. Cannot fault the service and the way they handled everything.

Had been chatting with the guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for a few weeks before I went down to look at my Seat Ateca and they were really patient with me when arranging for me to come down as it took a bit of time as I was on holiday when I found the car. When I got there the experience was very chilled out, wasn't pushy at all just let me have a good look but we all knew it was a done deal. Junaid was really nice and we had a bit of banter which helped put me at ease when I was there. I am loving the car, it is bigger than what I have had previously as our family is growing so it is taking a bit of getting used to but so far so good!
