I’ve been cruising around in my Toyota, and so far, it’s been hunky dorey. Admittedly, I haven’t clocked many miles because I’m juggling two other cars as well. But hey, no complaints here! The service from Raj was top notch and I would happily give him and this dealership a solid 5 out of 5

As a local resident, the convenience of location was matched only by the fantastic service I received. Raj, you made my car-buying experience not just stress-free but genuinely delightful. Thanks to Raj, I am now the proud owner of a Seat that boasts not only great condition and low mileage but also ticks all the boxes for ULEZ compliance, ensuring I drive with both comfort and conscience. For anyone in search of a vehicle that comes with peace of mind and a smile, look no further than this local treasure.

I was very pleased with the service from this dealership. The salesperson was a great help while buying the Fiat for my daughter and answered any questions I had thoroughly and clearly. I have no complaints at all about anything they have done for me.

Living a considerable distance away, we needed additional information about the car. Raj promptly responded to our request and provided detailed information. Raj understood our situation and took the time to address our concerns. His willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The Vauxhall that we bought from this company is terrific! From the moment we got behind the wheel, it felt like we were dreaming. The smooth drive, responsive handling, and overall performance left us more than impressed.

As a newly licensed driver, the search for my first car was both exciting and daunting. After extensive research, I found the perfect car through PCS. My father and I decided to give them a call to arrange a viewing and test drive. Upon arrival, we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. The car was exactly as advertised, clean, and in excellent condition. We were given the opportunity to take the car for a test drive, which was a great experience. The car handled well, and it was easy to see myself driving it on a daily basis. After the test drive, I was convinced that this was the car for me. The purchase process was smooth and straightforward, with PCS staff being transparent and helpful throughout. Now, I am the proud owner of my first car. It’s an incredible feeling to have independence and the ability to go wherever I want, whenever I want. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend PCS to any first-time car buyer.

The star of my visit to Premier Car Supermarket was undoubtedly Raj, whose service went above and beyond anything I could have expected from them. Initially, I faced a setback when my application for finance was declined. However, Raj was empathic, and he did not let this hiccup dampen my spirits. He offered to give me a lift back to the train station, a gesture that truly touched me. But the story does not end there. Raj suggested Zuto for my financial needs. Taking his advice, I applied and was thrilled to find that I got accepted! This acceptance paved the way for me to purchase my dream car—a lovely white Seat. I am grateful to Raj for his outstanding service. He turned what could have been a disappointing day into a memorable experience. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful car, all thanks to his guidance and support.

Raj was absolutely bang on, he was really good. Up to now things are going great with my new car and you would certainly know about it if it wasn't 😂. Should I be nice and give them top marks, go on i'm feel generous so why not!

I'm over the moon with the silver Kia that I bought from Premier Car Supermarket. The car drives like a dream, and i'm really enjoy it. The salesman—I cannot remember his name now, sorry—was a lovely guy who bent over backwards to help me. No task seemed too big or small for him, and he was always there to help me if I needed him to. 👍

We’d scoured countless dealerships in search of the perfect Mini. But all of them looked like they had been through a demolition derby. But then we arrived at PCS Derby, and there it was—the Mini, exactly as described in the advertisement. No surprises; nothing was hidden. Just a mini waiting to be loved. Raj understood that car-buying can be nerve-wracking, so he graciously left us to explore the Mini without any pressure. My partner, who is a car enthusiast, fired up the Mini’s engine, and he circled the car, inspecting every nook and cranny, as his grin widened. He was more than happy with what he saw, saying there was no need for a test drive. Before taking possession, a few tweaks were needed. But here’s where PCS Derby truly shines. They stuck to their word, addressing those minor issues. It’s rare to find a dealership that keeps its promises, but they did just that.

Having previously owned an older model of the Audi A1, I can confidently say that the upgrades and improvements in the new model are noticeable and much appreciated. The service at PCS Derby was top-notch. Raj's expertise as a sales representative is truly second to none, and he makes a great cup of coffee. Thank you, Raj, from Chatelle. 😊
