Raj was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend him enough! If you're arranging a visit to Premier Car Supermarket then ask for him. Honestly, he was so down to earth and he told me everything I needed to know in black and white. The car wasn't for me, but the other half, she opted for the Mini Cooper and she's getting on with it just fine. It will be another couple of years until we get another car, but I would happily come back here and see Raj again.

I'm glad that I did put money down because once I saw the car, I knew straight away that I wanted to take it home and after agreeing on a good deal with the team, I had it! - I think I've had it just over 6 weeks now and it's been amazing, I'm so happy with it. The only reason I'm not giving top marks is because I haven't purchased a car previously to compare my experience's.

What a quick turn around! I enquired about my Audi on the Friday and before I knew it I picked it up on the Monday, which was really impressive because I didn't think they would be able to turn the car around that quickly. When the keys were handed over my Audi Q2 looked brand new because the team went out of their way to clean the car inside and out.

Luckily, this wasn't the case at Premier Car Supermarket because everyone took a nice and relaxed approach to selling the cars, I was able to walk around at my own pace and once I asked for some information on a car, I wasn't made to feel like I needed to commit to buying the car on the spot. Everything they told me turned out to be genuine, and the car has been great. So honestly, I can't pick a single fault.

Other than taking my car for a service the car has been a great. The sales process was nice and easy, there was no hard sell and everything was explained clearly so I was left with no hidden surprises.

What an amazing service this company provides! I can't remember the salesman's name and I literally saw his business card the other day but anyway he was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for him. As for my Volkswagen E-Golf that I purchased, WOW! I'm over the moon with it and out of the two cars I own, I always choose the Golf.
