For my first time buying from Premier Car Supermarket, I was very impressed with how efficient the team was, from the initial enquiry to me driving the car home. I can't remember the salesman's name, but when they were talking about the added extras like warranty, etc... and I declined them, they weren't mentioned again, so I wasn't forced into getting something I didn't want to. I've had my Ford Fiesta ST for a while now, and I'm loving it. I never give top marks because there is always room for improvement, but I would happily come back here if there was a car of interest.

Purchasing the car for my partner couldn't have been any more straight forward! - It was a while ago so I can't remember the name of the salesman but I want to say a big thank you for the no pressure approach to selling me her Toyota Aygo. I've not heard anything negative about the car so I'm assuming everything is okay. I would happily return to get a car for myself if I was ever in the market for one.

Personally I don't know too much about the car that was purchased from here because it's my sons. I did go with him on the day to collect the car and I was very impressed with the service we both received, plus there was no delays with the handover.

No news is good news. My husband dealt with the initial sale of the car, all I had to do was tell him which one I wanted and he did the rest. He never mentioned anything in particular about the service he received, so as far as I'm aware it was straight forward. Since the weather hasn't been great I've not managed to go on any big trips just yet but fingers crossed as the weather gets better I can get out in it more.

Josh was great! - He really took his time to talk me through everything about the Audi Q2 that I was interested in and he made the whole process easy peasy. Once I was happy with the car, I left it with him so they could add a fresh service and arranged a day for me to collect it. On the day of collection it was nice to see that the car was valeted and ready to go.

I was in the market for a Seat Arona for a while, so I had a look on Autotrader and that's when I came across one at Premier Car Supermarket, which had the exact model I was looking for and within my price range. I had a quick look through the description, and everything sounded spot on. So I made my way down to the dealership and since I didn't make an appointment, I thought the team did really well to fit me in the slots that they had available to allow me to take the car out on a test drive. To this day the car is running well, so I'm happy.

If I were going to get another car from here, then I would want the sales process to go exactly the same way this time around. I've got ADHD so my memory isn't the best but the salesman was great. When I walked into the dealership I told him exactly what I was looking for in a car, he went away and found me Hyundai Tucson. I wasn't to sure about it at first but after taking it out on a test drive it turned out to be the perfect car I needed. It has loads of space which will be good because it's a car for the family, it's reliable and I live in a hilly area but the car is able to tackle these perfectly.

It was a while ago that I purchased my Ford Focus from here here so I can confidently say that it has been a great purchase! - 3 months in, and I've not had a single issue with the car since driving it away (touch wood) I can't remember the salesman's name's but all of the lads were great, they were very patient while I made my decision because I think I came back to view it at least 3 times to check the boot space could fit a wheel chair in, but on the 3rd time I realised it had a dog guard in and that's why the space was looking too small. Overall, it was a straight forward process and I would happily come back in the future if I was in the market for another car.

Had my Ford Focus Estate one week now and I am really pleased with it.. I went to view it last Sunday 17th March and I met Raj who gave me the keys to look over the car which was in a lovely condition..we then had a test drive and was also given a good part exchange price for my old car..excellent service from Raj a real credit to your company...Thank you..can highly recommend PCS Pete

I was looking to buy a new car, and I came across one that I was interested in on AutoTrader with Premier Car Supermarket, so I got in touch with them and made an appointment to go and see the car in person. When I turned up at the dealership, I was introduced to one of their sales representatives, Raj, who gave me a tour of the car and answered any questions I had. He was really patient with me and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I'm so happy with my Ford; it is a smashing car and lovely to drive. I would recommend giving this dealer a try if you're on the hunt for your next car, and I would definitely come back here again when I'm ready to change my vehicle.
