There isn't anything negative that I can say about my experience with Premier Car Supermarket to be honest. It was a fairly straight forward process. The car was as described on the advert, which meant I didn't hesitate and decided to make the commitment to buy it. I've already recommended this dealership to people I know because of the honest people who run the place.

I had to put a lot of faith in the dealership because I was making the 2 hour trip down from Leeds to view the Vauxhall Mokka that I saw online. I arrived at Premier Car Supermarket and told the team which car I was interested in, so they took me directly to the car. I had a good look around the car and it was nice of the team to leave me to it, I didn't feel any pressure to purchase the car. When I told the sales team I wanted the car, they did everything they could to make sure I could drive it away on the same day. Within a couple of hours the team had taxed the car and I was on my way. Everything was spot on.

Typically, it was raining when I went to view my Vauxhall Grandland but it didn't stop me from taking a good look around the car. Once I had a good look around the car and I was happy with it, I surprised to hear that I could take it home on the same day!! So we discussed part exchanging my car in to reduce the cost and to be fair, I think I got a very good price. After a short amount of waiting, my old car was signed over and my new car had a new service on it. I got great value for my money and I couldn't ask for much more than that.

Touch wood for now my car has been amazing! I'm in love with it💖.The customer service I received was honestly flawless, I can't pick a single fault about it because everything was so smooth from start to finish. I hadn't heard about this dealership before until I found my Citroen C5 on Autotrader but I do now and I would happily come back.

I got a really great deal on my Golf R, all made possible by the amazing team at Premier Car Supermarket. I was offered a drink on arrival which was a lovely touch and it was a great coffee. Everything was ready when they said it was going to be, they even helped me to sort out a spare key! - They went above and beyond, so I can't complain.

This was my first time getting a hybrid car, so I wasn't to sure what to expect especially with me owning a 308 GTI previously. However, it's been a lovely car and even though there is a big of a delay when you pull off, once you get going you can feel how quick it moves. I'm very happy with it and it's comfy enough for now but Ill be looking to get a Ford Focus ST next because I know that will be a bit more nippy.

I was in desperate need of a car because of a personal issue, so I reserved the Volkswagen High on the Sunday and arranged to go and see it on Monday. I was greeted by a lovely salesman, and after speaking to him for a while he took me straight to the car to and told everything I needed to know. I usually get cars from main dealerships but after the quick turnaround from Premier Car Supermarket, I won't happily come back. I can't speak highly enough of this dealership.

The team were very helpful and they were very informative about the Ford Focus I came to view, which make the process so much easier when you get the answers to your questions because that isn't always the case. I reckon I've put 1500 miles on the car since I've had it and its been running well.

I have no complaints for my first time visiting Premier Car Supermarket! - I can't remember the salesman's name but he was brilliant, there was no hard sell and once I was happy to go ahead with the car I found the whole process to be quick and easy, it's like I was in and straight back out. Me and my partner have had a lot of time to drive our Volvo with it being our daily car and it's been great. If I was to visit this dealership again I wouldn't change anything.

Jihad was very helpful while I was looking around the Skoda Octavia, he helped to answer some of my questions about the car before I took the car out on a test drive because I didn't want to waste either of our time. I was happy to go ahead with it, so we arranged to pick it up 3 days later, and everything was ready on arrival. Great and honest customer service all the way through.
