The team down at Premier Car Supermarket have been incredible, I purchased an amazing Golf which I am very pleased with, I am so glad I went with the golf and I am happy with my choice! The customer service was grand, everyone was polite and most of all easy going. These guys can have the 5 stars they deserve :)

I purchased a Ford Kuga from Premier Car Supermarket in Derby and everything has been running smoothly since then, with no issues at all. The customer service was pretty good, with helpful and friendly staff who were welcoming. In fact, I recently mentioned to my wife that I would purchase from them again. Overall, it was a good experience and I would rate them a 5 out of 5. Good stuff!

So far so good with the Renault Captur, the team were helpful and friendly. I did have to drive 2 and half hour's to get it but it was worth it in the end. The car is great and the customer service was brill. I never give full marks because I believe there is always room for improvement, lets go with a high 4!

I unfortunately wrote off the Ford Fiesta and no longer have it, but during the time I had it, the car was great. I didn't encounter any issues with it before the accident, which was not my fault. The customer service was helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about them. I would rate them a 5 out of 5 as there were no issues at all.

So, I recently bought a Vauxhall Astra from Premier Car Supermarket in Derby, and let me tell you, everything has been running like a charm since day one. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and have nothing but good things to say about it. One of my favorite things about the car is all the new modern stuff it comes with. The gadgets and technology features are just fantastic and they add a whole new level of convenience and enjoyment to my driving experience. Now, let's talk about customer service. The folks at Premier Car Supermarket were really on top of their game. They were clear, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they were right there to assist me without any hesitation. I couldn't have asked for better service. I first saw the car advertised on the website, with a not saying photos to follow. As soon as the car was ready, Josh contacted me immediately, sending me photos and a video. We then spoke on the phone and Josh reserved the car for me until I get to view it a few days later. This gave me such reassurance that I would be the first to view. Josh encouraged me to bring someone who knew about cars with me, he let them have a good look over the car before we decided to purchase. Josh”s communication throughout the purchase has been exceptional, polite, responsive and never pushy. I picked the car up today, Josh greeted me with a smile and a coffee, talked me through the paperwork and I drove away in my sons first car, which I know he will be over the moon with. Thanks Josh, we will definitely use Premier Card again. Fantastic service 😊
