I come to PCS to purchase a Golf Estate and I am loving driving it! The dealership its self is amazing but compared to the other places I have been and bought cars from this one is certainly up there and they are pretty top notch. The staff were very well presented and well mannered, very friendly and also very helpful. I was quite happy with the fact they were very flexible with the test drives, you really do get a good feel for the car. Top draw dealership.

I purchased my vehicle in Feb 2023, happy with the service (Raj at the Derby branch was excellent). The only issues were there was damage to some of the chrome trim on the front bumper of the car and a rear reg plate light out. I was assured they’d be take care of when I went to pick up the car, as it was a minor inconvenience and I needed the car I didn’t pursue it but it would have nice that the verbal agreement was followed up.

So far so good with the Mondeo estate! Its running like a dream! Raj is a brilliant sales advisor who give me the best idea! Very helpful and courteous indeed. I was offered tea and coffee, literally cant go wrong down at Premier Car Supermarket.

Had the best experience down at this dealership when buying my Smart fortwo, all went very smoothly from start to finish. I thought buying a car would be slightly more stressful, but not with the guys. I am really happy it was such a great experience and I am actually really enjoying the Smart fortwo, I was looking for that exact one too! It was actually my partner that found Premier Car Super and im so glad he did!

I've known Craig for 20 odd years but that is not why I am writing a 5 star review, its because he deserves it and I know he treats all customers the same. The service from ALL members of staff not only Craig was perfect to be honest with you, I had a good look at a few cars, sat in a few and it was which ever one felt right for me, I ended up going for the Qashqai as I just loved it from the moment I sat in it. Absolutely top marks for the whole of PCS and staff because they are just hand down brilliant and deserve top marks all across the board.
