I'm dropping this review for Raj.. he's an absolute gem and he dealt our query nicely and also hard working guy when staff short at their place...highly recommend raj for best customer service..

Recently bought a car from this company. Junaid looked after me - he was excellent in the service offered. A few little jobs needed doing before I bought the car and they were all done when I went to collect

Apparently my last review upset the manager and it was possibly removed so here goes!! p.s. ALL FACTUAL COMMENTS, this has REALLY happened to us and we have written to The Motor Ombudsman also as our complaint isn't being dealt with: 15/01/23 purchase car 18/01/23 the first two malfunction lights start appearing and we have to wait until 03/02/23 to get it booked in with them 03/02/23 we use a days holiday from work to take it to PCS who have the car ALL DAY yet do NOTHING because they're lead engineer isn't in that day so we have to take it back home 06/02/23 the third and fourth malfunction lights also appear 08/02/23 the car goes back again to PCS The car been there since 08/02/23 until last Friday 17/02/23 when after constantly phoning them and being fobbed off/lied to PCS finally take it to Mazda at Tamworth and we were told it would be ready to collect from PCS by Wednesday 22/02/23 That day came and went so after hearing nothing from them, we both went to PCS Thursday 22/02/23 morning to be told we would get the car back Friday 24/02/23. We call Mazda Tamworth whilst we are there who confirmed they aren't touching the car for at least the next 3/4 weeks due to their own work loads! We ask the salesman why he lied, he says he didn't, we say you did as we just called them! He fetches the manager..... The manager says as we are out of the 30 day money back period we can not have a refund as requested at this point - we are only outside this time period because THEY mucked us about with excuses, lies and making us wait weeks and even though we only had a working car for a whole 3 DAYS he claimed he 'has done us a favour' (really??) and has now got it booked in at Mazda Coventry and he will personally take it there on Tuesday next week 28/02/23....... We will then have to wait even longer to get it back.... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF IF BUYING A CAR, DON'T BUY FROM PCS!! We will of course update this review if there is any new happy updates to make.
