Have bought a few cars from Luke at prestige cars kent over the last couple of years and he's always gone out of his way to help and get things sorted (not regular feedback in the car industry I can assure you!) Highly recommend Luke, and any of the guys at Prestige to sort you a deal.

Recently purchased a BMW from Prestige Cars Kent, from the start they were very professional and Luke ring helped me with the sale. He was more than helpful and the car has been great since I got it over 2 week ago now. Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying

Sold service and repair warrenty’s, which 2 weeks later was told by Prestige Cars Kent they do not cover- faulty alarm as it was an aftermarket item fitted to the car by the previous owner. I asked to be shown the car features and was told to check YouTube videos! Charged large sum of money for supplier to vehicle delivery to their yard to later find out they collected the car themselves. Keyless entry does not work, 1 keyfob does not work. Warrenty’s useless. They can’t even be bothered to reply to my letter of complaint and I’m having to escalate the case. Said they carried out full service as well as vehicle handover inspection - obviously not! Knowingly let me drive home illegally as they couldn’t even get the registered owner correct.

I am writing this review so that I can warn any potential buyers of my bad experience dealing with Prestige Motors. I expressed an interest in a Porsche Cayenne and then received calls inviting me to come in to have a look. I made an appointment for Sunday 10th February at 11 o'clock. We spent 4 hours going over paperwork, discussing how much my car is worth and going for a test drive. At no time was I informed that the Porsche did not belong to Prestige Motors and that they were acting as an agent for the owner. Eventually I agreed to purchase the vehicle and paid a deposit of £1000 which I thought was a binding contract. It was agreed I would collect the Porsche on Saturday 16th February at 9 o'clock. I received a call on Tuesday 12th enquiring was everything ok my end. You can imagine how angry I am that I received a call Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock saying the owner had changed his mind and didn't want to sell his car. I was informed my deposit would be refunded on the following Friday. Unsurprisingly I had to chase them for this and it did not appear in my bank account until yesterday 26th. If their way of doing business had been made transparent to me I wouldn't have entertained even looking at the Porsche so be warned!!!!

Incredibly pleased that I decided to buy from Prestige Cars Kent! They were friendly, very helpful and got me into my new Evoque in no time. Excellent!

Had a great experience getting my new car from Prestige Cars Kent. We said goodbye to a wonderful family car, however over the moon with our latest addition. Felt comfortable throughout and came away with a very good deal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership!

The Team had it ready in 2 days from purchase as I needed it then, they went over and beyond to get the legals and valet etc sorted. Extremely friendly. The owner even took time to say hello and have a chat. 1st class.
