We initially saw the vehicle on AutoTaders and then made direct contact with Prestige Cars where we spoke to Phillip Smith. He was very helpful and informative and we arranged to meet him at their showroom the following day where we received an excellent welcome. Phillips went through all details of the car and extra services and took us for a test drive whilst our car was being valued. We came to an agreement on price, Phillip led us through the paperwork and two days later we collected our new VW Passat.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Prestige Cars Kent. Having previously visited a number of car dealerships on my journey to find the perfect car, nothing can compare to the high level of quality and customer service received from Prestige Cars Kent. It was an immensely enjoyable and smooth experience from start to finish including the after sales interest and care we received. We were exceptionally well looked after and advised by Steve Oliver; a highly professional, very knowledgeable, patient and likeable sales executive. Steve went out of his way to promptly respond to all of our queries, some quite extensive, even well outside office hours and kept us informed throughout the whole purchase process. This gave us the peace of mind that we had made the right decision. The car was in impeccable condition when we collected it after a well prepared hand-over. In fact, it was in better condition than when we had viewed it during the test drive. The offices were modern and air conditioned and the healthy, professional and amicable spirit within the whole team was lovely to see. I can highly recommend both the company and Steve and this will certainly be my first port of call in the future when purchasing a car.

Brilliant experience purchasing a vehicle from Prestige cars kent. Luke was grand - a really nice, genuine guy. The Audi's been faultless since I bought it. I will definitely be back when its time for an upgrade!

I cannot fault Luke at Prestige Cars he was great when I was buying my Mercedes. I had a Fiesta before-hand so this was a massive upgrade for me, Luke made the whole thing enjoyable and exciting, he had it done and dusted within a few days and it was nice and easy. This car is the first automatic I've driven and I don't think Id go back to a manual, I absolutely love this car and everything about it.
