Me and my partner are getting on fine with our Mercedes-Benz EQB! - We have just received our V5, which was the last bit of paperwork needed. The car for the time being has been great and I'm very happy with it.

This was the first Mini Countryman me and my partner have ever purchased, so we had a lot of questions to but Richard managed to answer every question. I also thought he was very clear at managing expectations, so we knew throughout the sale where we stood and the experience went smoothly as a result. Since owning the car we are both really enjoying it and it has been a straight forward transition from our old car. I wouldn't change anything about my visit, happy to give 5*

A month on and my 4 series has been brilliant. I was very impressed with the condition of the car with it's really low milage and the shell didn't have a mark on it. I've just changed the alloys, and now it looks brand new. When I first arrived at the dealership I was impressed with the premises and the selection of cars available. Thank you to Alex and the young lady for making sure everything went well.

I have been away and only recently got back from holiday, so I've only driven the car a handful of times but for now everything is spot on with it. There was a small issue at the start but once I made Paul aware of the situation he sorted it out right away. I would be happy to recommend others to Prestige Cars Kent.

Fraser couldn't have been a better salesman to buy a car from. I was after an RS3 for a while and as I was passing I noticed one at Prestige Cars Kent. I popped in and once I saw it I just knew I wanted it there and then. Fraser made sure that I could secure the car so it didn't go anywhere. Even though he knew it was a car of interest, not once did he apply any pressure or old school sales tactics. He showed me around the car, advised me on some of the features on the car and left me to make my own decision. The car has been perfect since driving away.

It was a while ago since I got the car now so I can't really remember my experience that well but I came away with a solid car, which is the most important part. Lewis was very informative when it came to the description of the car and made it a straight forward process. No complaints from my end.

I initially had a worry regarding the brakes on the car but after getting them checked by my local mechanic he gave them the all clear. I'm very happy with my Mercedes and it was worth the 300 mile trip to get it. I'd happily recommend to friends and family.

So far so good with my BMW, It's been a great car and I'm really happy with it. No faults with how Joshua handled the sale, I felt well informed and always knew where I stood. Depending on my situation, I'll be back to upgrade in 2 years.

I love my BMW! Joshua was fantastic, he gave me 100% effort but without applying pressure on me at any point, he was really courteous throughout. While I was at the dealership there was a slight issue with a key and inflation kit, but he dealt with it straight away no questions asked. Definitely 5*!

5 weeks in to owning my car and I'm getting on fine with it. The communication has never been an issue between myself or the dealership. I contacted them recently as I'm having an issue with a lock and they were quick to respond to arrange a date that suits me to bring it in and sort it. Even during the handover, the team made sure to keep me well informed when it was ready to collect.
