Nothing was to much trouble for the team and I left feeling very confident with the answers to my questions. From the enquiry to the handover, there weren't any delays or bumps in the road. It was a smooth transaction.

Everything was really quick and straightforward. I enquired about the Abarth 124 Spider Prestige they had available online and on the same day I found myself driving away in it. Paul made the handover go very well, despite me wanting the car there and then. I did have to contact the team to bring it back because the roof had leaked in but they got it in with no questions asked, and it hasn't been an issue since.

Joshua was a top man because everything he told me about the car turned out to be genuine, and I love the car as a result. I'm just waiting for the service paperwork so I can put it with the cars previous service history and then I'd be happy to give 5 stars because it's honestly been a pleasure.

A month on since purchasing my Nissan Juke and the car has been perfect! I've not had 1 issue since driving away and thanks to Richard's knowledge, I was able to work all the controls before driving away. I'd happily recommend this dealership to people I know.

Had a class service from the team at Prestige Cars Kent Joshua and Phoebe were brilliant at getting some small details on the car ironed out before driving it home. I was offered a test drive once I expressed my interest, there wasn't any pressure to commit to the car. In general, I'm very happy with the Mercedes.

The 300 miles trip was worth it for sure because getting a fully electric car has been the best decision we've ever made. Me and my partner already had a hybrid car along with a diesel sat on the drive. So we were keen to replace it and this is when we found ourselves looking at the Tesla Model Y. Once we arrived, Paul greeted us and was happy to show us around the car. Anyway it turned out to be the perfect car so we took it. Everything went smoothly with the handover but it was raining at the time so it was hard to appreciate the car as much compared to if it was inside or under a shelter, but overall the car was well presented.

Recently I booked my Mercedes Benz back in with Prestige Cars Kent for a service but otherwise the car has been really good. Ross was the main salesman who looked after me and he was a real gent. While I was taking a look around the car he took his time to go through all of the controls that come with GLC Coupe, which really made it easier when it came to driving away. The attention to detail didn't stop there. When I came back, the handover was just as impressive. The car was cleaned inside and out, I couldn't have asked for more. I just don't give top marks but the guys were close.

I've had my Audi since July now and it's been a really reliable car for small trips I tend to do. The only thing I have noticed is that it didn't come with a parcel shelf but it's nothing that's too worrying for a second hand car. There were a few people involved in the lead up to the sale I think it was Alex and Emma; both were a pleasure to deal with.

My new VW T-Roc has been great! It's really helped since I moved to the countryside. Alex and the team were lovely to do business with. It took a while on the day but that's purely down to how busy they are at PCK which is always a good sign.

Initially I bought a Tesla Model S but had quite a lot of problems so had to hand it back. The team then sourced a Model 3 which has been fantastic! We've just done around 1000 miles through France and Belgium and although I had a little apprehension around charging, it's been really easy and the car didn't miss a beat! Kirk looked after me during the second purchase and I have no complaints whatsoever.
