I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Prestige, and the process pre-purchase was helpful but not pushy. I had hoped to test drive another car, and there was a bit of confusion about whether it was available - it was on site, then it wasn’t, then it was sold - but overall a smooth process. I didn’t write a review straight away as I wanted to be sure the car was fine. We went on a big European road trip without incident but then shortly after returning a bunch of warning lights came on and the car and started to drive erratically. I called the service centre (tricky to get through initially) and after an 8 day wait for a free slot it was fixed within a day without charge as it was still under the warranty. The fault was most likely caused by an animal chewing through some cables. Really good service and very happy with the car.

My experience with Prestige Cars in Kent when purchasing my VW was okay overall. There was a bit of back and forth with the garage because they'd said they were going to do something before I bought the car, but when the day came, it hadn't been done. To be fair, they did get it sorted afterwards. They got the car back in and did what they'd originally said they were going to do, so I had no major complaints in the end. I wouldn't give them a full rating because of the initial issue, but they did put things right afterwards, which I was happy with.

What stood out to me was the professionalism, good selection of cars and right prices. I asked them to rectify a few things to the car and they didn't hesitate to do it for me. Overall good service! The Range Rover Evoque is all alright now. I have had a few issues with it having an engine management light coming up but they've had this back now and it doesn't seem to have come back. The service I received was all good and I am enjoying my car.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
