I did have some initial problems when purchasing my Lexus ES but Thomas managed to resolve them for me. Working in the hospitality industry I appreciate that things don't always go right first time but it's the way they're dealt with that makes all the difference. He is a genuinely nice guy and I can't thank him enough.

This was the first time I've bought a car unseen but I was instantly put at ease by James who obviously cares and wasn't just trying to chase a sale. The photographs and description of the Skoda Karoq were excellent but James also provided a useful video so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. After a couple of days of transferring money etc the car was delivered to my door in Cambridge with no surprises at all. I'm well pleased and the online sales process was smooth.

I found my new BMW 4 Series online and decided to visit Prestige Cars Kent to test drive the car. Paul got everything ready in good time and I was able to collect the car the very next day.
