Nothing was to much trouble for the team at Prestige Cars Kent and my BMW 3 Series has been great for the time being so I'm happy.

The level of service I received from every member of the team at this company has been amazing! Not once did I feel let down or found myself hanging around waiting to be noticed. Every question I threw at them, I received an answer straight away and in great detail, so it gave me a lot of confidence in the car before taking it out on a test drive. I took the car out and even that was a comfortable experience. I'd highly recommend this dealership to people I know.

My Audi A4 has proven to be a highly reliable car, although the suspension is a tad on the firm side I'm enjoying it. Initially, I had my eyes set on a Golf, but the seats were too small and uncomfortable for my liking. James, the salesman, was really patient while I was looking around the cars. He was helpful throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. The paperwork arrived really quickly by post, which was helpful since I was taking the car abroad. My previous car was a Citroën C6, and I got a really good price for part exchanging it in as the dealership matched a previous online quote. I even went for the maintenance plan as well, so I look forward to returning to the dealership when the car needs servicing.

Really happy with my BMW 3 Series that I recently got from Prestige Cars Kent. I've already taken the car over to France since buying it and it handled the drive perfectly. Other than the odd long trips I do, I do use the car every day, and it's not missed a beat, and I love it. It was my first time visiting this company and there wasn't any question left unanswered and I found the team to be very personable. The only reason I've not given top marks is because it didn't come with a spare key but it wouldn't stop me from getting another car from here.

I've managed to take my Volvo on a couple of long trips outside of London in the past couple of weeks and it's been a pleasure to drive. I've already had a lot of compliments on the seats because they are very comfortable, which is ideal for motorway driving. I can safely say that the car is in good order and it's a great example of a good quality car. Joshua was the person who looked after me and he made my time at the dealership a very easy one, so I can't fault the service.

I couldn't be happier with my Volvo XC60 because it's been a brilliant car and a couple of days after the purchase, I took it on a trip abroad and it handled the trip perfectly!

The Kia Sportage has been fantastic since I got it. The team at the dealership really took care of us from start to finish. I had an issue with with the finance company but the team was incredibly helpful in helping me to resolving it. We travelled all the way from Barnsley, and it was definitely worth the trip. We felt well taken care of throughout our visit, making it a great experience overall.

My Mercedes-Benz EQC is doing great for the miles I've put on it so far and it has been a lot of miles because of me travelling to Grimsby for work. Harry was the salesman who walked me through the process and he couldn't have been any better to deal with! He was awesome to get along with, very attentive and helped me arrange my finance on the car. Easy 5 stars for my time at the dealership.

The team at Prestige Cars Kent were incredibly friendly when I arrived, and the process went without any issues. After seeing the car advertised on Autotrader, I was happy to go and view it in person to take a closer look. Everything went as expected on the day. After a quick test drive, I was ready to go ahead with it. I'm looking forward to putting many more miles on it!

It was a bit of a weird experience when buying my car because of a personal issue but James bless him handled the situation perfectly and couldn't have been more accommodating, to say the least. In the end I got a great quality car and I want to say a massive thank you to James for his amazing service and understanding.
