Adam and Phoebe were the perfect example of how customer service should be done to perfection, always smiling and happy to help with anything that we needed. I would not hesitate to shop with these again when myself or my daughter are looking for another vehicle and we have already passed on our recommendations to a few people that we know! I would give them top marks as I have no reason to knock them in the slightest.

I'm very happy with both, my purchase and the customer care that I received from Paul. I was quite an easy customer, I knew exactly what I was looking for, I just needed to find the one at the right price, mileage and condition. When in contact with Adam he was always polite and courteous, It was a trouble-free, simple and effortless transaction and given the current climate, they exceeded expectations, they were very, very good. Such a decent company to deal with. Harry was nothing like your typical salesman giving it the hard sales spiel or trying to put any kind of pressure on me to make the sale, instead he listened to what I wanted and he tailored a package about the things that I needed. He was so laid back, great to deal with and I would recommend Harry to anyone looking for a new car purchase. I'm made up to pieces with my new BMW and when I'm wanting to change this for something different I will be sure to let you know.

We had a great experience buying our Mercedes from Josh. He was very helpful and efficient and he explained everything clearly. I was able to get the car I wanted in just one day, we went to look at it on the Friday and bought it on the Saturday morning. I guess you would normally have to go through all the pre production stuff but Josh ran through everything there and then so we were able to drive away in our new Mercedes that day. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes or any other car that they have available.
