The initial sales experience was really good but the aftersales wasn't particularly good. I got the finance in my name and I asked them to register the car in my daughters name but the V5 arrived in my name. I emailed them about it but they took weeks to respond and the change still hasn't been made so I had to contact the DVLA myself. The experience started off so well, it's a shame about the V5 issue. I'll give them 3 stars.

Solid 4 out of 5 stars only because I was waiting around for about an hour but the rest of the customer service was perfect. The sale was really easy, Jess was really helpful. I've had my 5 series for a couple of months now and it's been a lovely car, nothings wrong with it, it's sweet to drive and is good on miles.

Really good service from the moment I phoned up to the moment I drove away. So far my new car is perfect and excellent. When I came to collect it, the wheel needed replacing due to a pothole, and they did it there and then. I would 100% go back and have already directed some friends in their direction.

The car's driving well and I've had no issues or problems with it. Frasers service was fine apart from feeling a bit rushed towards the end as it was getting late, but other than that all's good.

The overall sales process was excellent and Fraser was very upfront in pointing out any defects with the vehicle. There were a few scuffs and scratches he assured us would be sorted before collection, so we were a bit disappointed to find they hadn’t been addressed when we arrived. That said, the dealership's since put things right. It likely would have been a five star review if it hadn’t involved the extra back and forth.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
