The Mitsubishi L200 has been alright so far, and the salesman, whose name I cannot remember, was good. Based on that, I would give Prestige Cars Kent full marks.

I was happy with the service as there was an issue with the car and they were able to sort it for me without any hassle and with a quick turnaround. However, I feel there was a lack of communication in keeping me updated and being responsive. I definitely think this could be improved to create a five star experience for customers. I’m happy with the car and all the staff were friendly, there is just a need for better organisation.

So far, everything has been completely fine with the vehicle I got, no issues at all. I dealt mainly with Alex, who was very helpful and professional. I did have to wait a little when I arrived at the dealership, but by the time I left, the car had been valeted and all the paperwork was sorted. I would give a 4 out of 5 due to the wait, as I feel it could have been a bit more organised. However, I’m very happy with the car overall.

We purchased our new car from Prestige Cars Kent and it was perfectly timed with lots of long trips coming up. So far the car has been driving great and we are really happy with it. The customer service was awesome, as we turned up with an hour to go only to have a look, but ended up buying there and then. The staff were so helpful and answered any questions that we had.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
