What can I bout Simon Nice honstry bloke. I wanted a car with huge boot for my golf and work tools and Came home with the car I have now. Superbly drove and smooth fuel wise . Had MOT ,full Serivce and valtine the car and Ho boy. Car was like spanking new :) Drove it home like a dream. I am dreaming !!! Few things sorted on car and made me happy. Eep up the good work SIMON soon u be manger of the company. One little things to all reps there. Pls learn BLS SIGNING lot of deaf ppl out there scare to come forward to see your cars and talk to u !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a bmw from them and 3-4 months down the line the fly wheel needed replacing and clutch wore out! Now the engine is shaking it just has constant faults ! They did not take ANY responsibility I was lied to many times! they should be shut down disgusting behaviour now I have to pay £900 for all the faults and they are still ongoing !! STAY CLEAR

I recently purchased an Audi a1, when fetching the car all was as described on the website. People were very friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving for the journey home. After a week and a half however we had the hot weather and I tried the aircon and it didn't work, I also noticed the back wiper would not spray. I called and arranged to take the car back. Upon arrival again everyone was very friendly, Ben and Paul were great they took the car right to workshop, and within the hour my aircon was up and running also the wiper was unblocked. Paul even washed my car once fixed, that's a great service. I always get a response and I am happy with everyone I've dealt with, specially Paul and Ben. Having bought a car previously from prestige motors we have had nothing but trouble with it. When we purchased it, it had an oil leak which they said they had fixed. Obviously not. They had the car back on four different occasions saying it had been fixed but now one year later it is still leaking oil. 5 months after purchasing the car I sent emails of complaints, to which we got no reply. When they had my car it had done unaccountable miles and came back with parts missing. One being the belly plate underneath which they have still not replaced. The car was full of empty crisp bags and bottles of juice upon collection. Totally unacceptable. I have wasted over £7000 with this company. I would not recommend them. They are only interested in getting your money, then could not careven less. I tried to get hold of directors of the company but nothing. I am sure they would not settle for this kindate of service. Totally disgusting how they can sell a car with a supposed fixed oil leak, have it back on numerous occasions, return the car still leaking and with other parts missing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

All people very helpful and did there best but had to take the car back 3/4 times just to get the same issues redone, Wish I got my money back while I could and now things going wrong more and more also, CD player don't work but I am a idiot because I didn't check it

Please all check if you took out the 12 months warranty this this garage as I believe its a scam. I have a solicitor looking into it now. Do not buy a car here .......

They sell 150 plus cars a month ( I asked them) so obviously things go wrong with the odd one I would presume ? I bought a ten year old car with minor bits that needed attention ... They did it all 100% satisfied Buy with confidence I say ! 'Professional' complainers ... Look elsewhere

I went to see a BMW Z4 that was for sale at Prestige Motors Direct for my son. The power hood was not working, we were told they were waiting for a pump and so bought the car and was told they would ring when they had the pump. No call and was told they would ring back. This did not happen so we called again three times- still no call back. My sons wife then managed to get through told them if they supply the pump we would fit it They then said they would have to see the car (why?). They sold us the car. We had to replace the brake lines as they were rusted. How it got through the MOT i do not know. Also we replaced two rims that were damaged. Once you get the car they do not want to know. I was thinking of buying one for myself but after this performance no chance i will go elsewhere.

Prestige, and Martin in particular, made the process of buying my car an absolute pleasure. After viewing a Mini Countryman on the website, I turned up without an appointment, hoping to be able to have a look and ask a few questions. Not only was the car in question just as described online and great value for money, I was also able to part exchange my old car for a very reasonable price. All my questions were answered, I never felt like I was being pushed or given the 'hard sell' and I felt very comfortable with every step of the process. I had no hesitation in buying the vehicle. When i came to pick it up, it was spotless, with full service history and manual. Martin showed me the key features, even helping me sync my phone and contacts to it. I drove away very happy. Several weeks later I am still buzzing about the great deal and excellent customer service I received, and cannot recommend Martin, and Prestige Motors highly enough.

Do not waste your time with them . No log book, No service book, No sat nav, Scratches not repaired on door, brakes not sorted out when said they would be. Got sat nav after another visit to pick up. The car salesman said we normally wait until another car comes in from auctions then we take that sat nav and send it to you.
