I purchased a car from Prestige Motors last month. Travelled from Dorset to Cheshire as it looked really nice. With a tear in my eye I part-exchanged my lovely reliable faithful A3 Diesel for a newer petrol driven car,... On the way home, I realised the heated seats didnt work and this is extremely important for me. (A deal breaker!) Also cigarette lighter didnt work, found this out when trying to pump up the front wheel which was a little low on pressure.. Also found...on the way back to Dorset that the Service light came on every time I restarted the engine along with another warning about a lock. I now have to take my car back up to Cheshire to get all of this fixed...and collect the service documentation and car manual that was missing when I first got the car, and was assured would be sent to me, but still hasnt been. I am hopeful that they can fix all the problems so that I can love this car as much as the last one. The Jury is out on whether they fixed any issues promptly and thus whether I would recommend to a friend!

Wouldn't hold your breath as to getting your car fixed if I was you I would pay to get your car fully checked out at your end and you will laugh at the list that thay come back with

Well what can I say, this Little gem of a Rover 75 popped up up on the website and I was like " I want that" so off i trundled to the showroom and it was nowhere to be seen. The car was lent out to another customer as it was in tip top condition. After talking to Scott who was not pushy in any way unlike many other sales men I have delt with in the past I secured the car with a small refundable deposit. the next week I attended the showroom and met the boss, a nice practical honest person who handed me the key for a test drive and said have fun that was it i was off on my own going where i wanted for a test drive - remarkable. When I got back and sat down with the sales man there was no rush or hassle, when the subject of warranty came up I was so surprised with the relaxed no pressure to buy from the sales man. Next week when I pick up the car I cant wait and I feel that for an older low value model the guys will still provide support if needed. On a side note the delay on the sale and pickup is only down to my own work commitments and the showroom was very happy to work around my schedule.
