I bought a car from prestige Motors Warrington on 22/11/2017. I paid extra for a cam belt change I also needed a driver side mirror and replacement tyres which They said would be done. I picked the car up a week later, 3 days later the car developed an ignition problem I also discovered none of the work was done. I called and they said bring the car in when they had a open spot which took 3 weeks. In between that time I was stranded in snow because of bald tyres. So I paid to replace the tyres on alloy wheels somewhere else £220.00. I took the car in and they did give us a loaner after 3 weeks of having my car and many phone calls many not returned. After two months they said they could not fix it, would not give me refund but said they would replace it. I went down to see a car like the one I bought but it had a broken driver seat and worn tyres. I agreed to the swap if they fixed the broken seat and put my new tyres I purchase on the car they said it would take a few days to do. I went back 5 days later to pick up the car and was told they sold it with the seat and tyres from the car I own. I ask to talk to the owner they said I could not. So I sent him a letter I received no reply. Two weeks later they called and said they had another car listed for £1495.00 To swap for, so again I went down and said ok but they wanted another £750.00 . I paid £1100.00 for the car and £220.00 for tyres tolal £1320.00. As of 22/5/2018 They keep making promises and yet they still have my car. This is now a legal issue.
