I took my Nissan Qashqai to RD Motors for some repair work and I can say with all honesty, the repair work was done in a record time than I expected. I met Victor who’s a down to earth guy welcomed me to took my car problem seriously. It was good I had my Nissan repaired here. You’re in good hands

I could not be happier with the car i bought and the service during purchase period. After sales is very good. Car was as advertised and at a good price for me. After a few months i had contacted them about an issue they collected my car and repaired it within a couple days. Even a maindealers dont do that.

Best advice to anyone is STEER WELL CLEAR. I purchased my car January 23. It 1st broke down 2 weeks later with a blocked heater matrix after 2 or 3 days they sorted it. Then came April aprox 1000 miles later I had the car recovered as it went into limp mode with a message saying warning low oil pressure. Again this was sorted after them having it 9 days or so as they were FITTING A NEW OIL PUMP. Then came August while on the motorway the car went into limp mode again with the same message again warning low oil pressure. Oil level was fine as I check this weekly. While waiting to be recovered I phoned them to say that it had broken down again only 1000 miles after the last repair. Their response was "well what do you expect for an older car". Anyone would know if a new oil pump was fitted it would not fail again after such a short amount of milage. No recipt was given to me as proof only a copy of a recipt for 4 litres of oil. So with the response of what do you expect for an older car you can only guess what the after sales will be like. The car is now being handed back via the finance company as not fit for purpose. You may choose to ignore this HONEST review but dont say I didn't warn you. I have contacted them via text to say the car is now coming back to them but no response. If you do use this dealer do not use cash at least with finance, or credit card you have some sort of saftey net. No doubt the dealer will reply to this review with some cock and ball excuse but be warned steer well clear and use another dealer. Do your research first with other peoples reviews it would not shock me if there are fake good reviews. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bought a vehicle including a warranty, instant issues with brakes. Warranty wouldn't cover as was issue prior to sale, RD very hard to get hold of. Refused to collect vehicle for repair, had to take time off work to drop to them and likewise someone to drop me home over 40 mins away and again to collect. Once repaired same issue occurred and car was smoking. Now refusing to pay for local repair or collection, telling me its an older car so is normal, yet car is DANGEROUS to drive! V rude on phone, all about the sales. STEER CLEAR.

Sells dodgey vehicles, that break almost as soon as warranty expires and claims its not their problem!

The rudest people I’ve ever come across. I believe ALL the negative reviews on Google. Had a car lined up to finance, it had the same issue that a car I had previously rejected car had, but they didn’t disclose this. All I did was try to enquire further on the issue. My partner politely said he would discuss with me and thanks for his time (we were still going to purchase the car, we just wanted to do a bit of research on the fault). The man on the phone then started being rude saying he doesn’t want to sell us a car if this is going to be our attitude (what? enquiring about faults on a 5k car that we should rightfully do!! Only an idiot wouldn’t). He then started throwing insults at us. This goes to show that he didn’t like that we were onto their cowboy dealings and wanted to try to swindle someone else that would fall for it. They most definitely buy cheap, fix up and sell. Called back the finance company who were literally minutes from paying out and told them ABSOLUTELY NOT! PLEASE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS AND LISTEN. THEY ARE TRUEEEE. They will probably reply to this lying as as I’ve seen them do in other reviews.

Bought a car from here 6 weeks I am happy with my car it came with a 3 month warranty I also took out a extra warranty for a further 6 months. A few weeks later I was having to keep calling out the AA out too the car I was told the battery needed replacing I contacted the dealer told him snd he wasnt interested. After having g this problem I thought i would get my local garage to check my car over they have given me list of things that need doing to the car and told me not too drive as it’s really dangerous they also told me that all the problems would of been picked up on the MOT and would of failed !. I am still trying to get RD MOTORS LTD to get the repairs done to my car but all they keep saying we need to look at what needs doing in other words they won’t !. When I have spoken too the guy who owns the dealership I have found him too be rude and don’t care. Please think twice about going there don’t waste your hard earned money on any car he is selling but a new one instead. I will be contacting DVLA and trading standards and going too the claims court as I have lost wages with missing out on shifts !.
