Just bought a runaround car for my partner from RDM in Burton. Buying a used car can be quite stressful but not here. The sales guy George just left me to look at the cars for a good 10 minutes without any pressure or hard selling. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the type of car and price range we were looking at. I've only just driven the car home and will leave another feedback after a month...but for anybody looking for a used car please make this your first stop.
I bought a Peugeot from them and it is a great little car. There was a small problem but Nick got it sorted. Good price for the part exchange vehicle they took. Honest fair and do not put you under pressure to buy. Recommend every time.
RDM Direct were excellent and worth a recommendation. They have a good range of cars, I looked at a few different models and they were great quality. When a problem arose with my car they were very helpful, they took it in and fixed it no problem and I was very satisfied with the way they handled it.

I've owned the car I bought from RDM Direct over a month now and it hasn't let me down once, in fact it's exceeded my expectations, I was looking for an economical runaround and they found me just that. They also offered me a more than fair price on my part exchange. Overall I'm thrilled with how it all went.

Bought my car from here back in April and they were great from the get go, I had to wait about a week for the car to be ready but it's had no faults as of yet so I can't complain. I would recommend RMD Direct in Burton on Trent to people looking to buy a used car.
