Bough a vehicle from them , timing belt went . Engine right off says it takes 3 weeks to decide weather they will fix it . Had the phone put down on me 3 times . Rude staff unhelpful . Must be nice to work for a company that rips people off . Stay well away from this crowd .

Bought a car from them. 10 weeks later it needed £1000 worth of work. Even though the car was within warranty they refused to help. Car is unroadworthy and useless.

After my test drive I paid a deposit. The dealer agreed to carry out a routine service, an MOT, an LPG service and provide a warranty. When I collected the car the dealer had not organised the LPG service. This is a clear instance of the dealer agreeing to carry out essential preparation, but actually not doing it. As I drove away the fuel guage was on "Empty".

Bought a car from Reeds 1 month ago and within the first week I had to have work done to 2 of the tyres and kept having a message on the dashboard saying there was a fault which wouldn't allow me to drive the car. Called the owner, and was told to have a system update done on the car and he would pay half of the cost. A week after having this done we received the same message. I am now being told that he is not liable for anything that is wrong with the car as we had the system updated done in the wrong place and he has already paid half? I have had nothing but trouble with this car and if i lived any closer he would have had the car back instantly. SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR.

Viewed the peugeot 3008 that I liked on friday and test drove it, very smooth and well cleaned. The following day the guys delivered the car straight to my door with a new service done on it too. Great service, nice guys, straight car! thanks

I was initially concerned about spending so much through a car dealer and not from the main dealer. This was put to rest when speaking on the phone. it was clear they are putting as much effort as possible to maintain the cleanliness of the area and the cars. The knowledge of the car was great (no notes needed). And their want to answer any questions as honestly and possible really helped me make up my mind to purchase from them.
