It is very hard to begin - Reeds Motors is the last place anyone should buy a car, you will lose your money...line there crooked pockets and if you have a problem you will suffer as they will never talk to you again. Flat tyres is there speciality....you will drive off with a tyre that is pumped up but next morning you will find it flat. You will find knocks and noises when you have had the car for a round 3 days, they muffle the noises, you will drive and all of a sudden your car needs a lot of money spent on it. They will of course ignore you and hope you will go away, the warranty company are good at ignoring you too...you are better off going to the car auctions to get a heap of metal at a cheaper price than Reeds Motors as that is where they get there cars from...but hey they will tell you they got your car from a main dealer - are we stupid? main dealer would NEVER sell a vehicle to a back street bunch of crooks at Reeds Motors. Be warned - buy from a main dealer where you are safe and treated well and with respect... I regret reading these bad reviews after i bought a heap from them...please be warned...read the reviews...they will get done eventually...

Purchased a car from Reed Motors after dealing with a very pleasant salesman but when the car had issues days later, we were forwarded to the very aggressive and rude boss who repeatedly denied a problem. A main dealer inspection found the car totally unfit to drive with a £1500 gearbox and clutch problem. Was impossible to get anything from Reeds, aggressive liars. Don’t ever buy from this place.

Worst service ever. Bought a 'premium' car and had nothing but problems. taken back so many times to be fixed, only for the same problem being present. Wish I had listened to other reviews. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs!

Brought a car was told had reconditioned gearbox It had a fault so went back to where fear box was fitted and was told it was sorted Now oil leaking out of it after a mechanics report went back he doesn’t want to know terrible after service would never recommend them

Received a car with loads of problems 1 week after collecting car I spoke with the person in the office and they said well it's an 8year old car it happens And wasn't prepared to do anything about it Rubbish service don't bother with them it's not worth the hassel

Very good service, I saw the car and drove it two times before buying it. They accepted part exchange and the prices are very competitive. They also offer a wide warranty so you can buy a new car with total confidence. I would recommend Reeds Motors, the car is in perfect conditions only waiting to top-up the air con.
