Went to Wales from Kent after speaking to Dan and looking at reviews feeling positive! The pictures didn’t do them justice, my son and I bought a van each and were really impressed and happy with the service! Dan even picked us up from the train station! Great service and would highly recommend buying from here!
Bought a Peugeot 207 the 15th of march. On collecting I noticed the heaters were gone so arranged to take the car back a week later to get them sorted. During the week I had the car the power steering was going funny. So when I took the car back they fixed the heaters and said the "fixed" the power steering it wasn't until I was on the motorway that the power steering went again. So then they fixed it for a second time. Then a month later the starting motor went. They did send a new one out for me to get a garage to fit at my expense. And then my clutch went all within 3 months. The car has been off the road more than its been on. Worst thing I ever done was buy a car for there.

Same happened to us spend more on fixing the problems each week they told us they had changed things they hadn’t and when we finally give up taking it back to them to sort and took it to a garage the mechanic there pointed out that it was falling apart with rust and the rust had been painted over!! The guy there as an attitude not helpful at all once they have had your money they don’t care

I'm so happy with the customer service, it was a smooth process and handled as well as possible given the current circumstances. The communication was great. There was a few issues with the Suzuki Jimney and the dealer refused to sell it to me until it was completely 100% roadworthy. They carried the work out and contacted me to see if I still wanted to buy it - of course I did. Great little car, very happy. Thanks Rhondda Motor Company.

Have just purchased a Ford Focus from Rhondda Motor Company. From the initial contact through to after sales, Rhondda have been consistently professional and thorough. With not been able to view or test drive the car before buying, due to restrictions, I was very dependant on honesty and transparency of the dealer and how they described the car. The team handled the process with friendly assistance and patience. I'm very pleased with the Focus, I'm glad I trusted this business - I will use again for future vehicle needs.

Quick, easy and smooth process of buying a Ford Transit van from this dealership. Everything was great from the start, the team were absolutely brilliant, I was very well looked after. Its the 1st time buying from Rhondda but I'll certainly be back when I need another vehicle. The customer service really was fantastic, they couldn't do enough for me. Highly recommend, thanks guys!

I have recently contacted Rhondda as I bought a Transit van in December, and the van is perfect, but recently I've noticed with heavy rain a very slight leak coming through the front doors. I spoke to Dan and he said, no problem bring it back next week, we will get this sorted for you. Really happy with how it was handled, they were quick, professional and remained helpful. Everything else is absolutely spot on with the van, great little runner! Dan at Rhondda Motor Company was marvellous, a credit to the company. He was really great, helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.

I went to this dealership to buy a Ford Fiesta, I've never been there before and don't know much about cars, so I was really nervous. The dealer was really good to me, very helpful and friendly and they kindly talked me through everything, from every single step up to the delivery. I love the Fiesta, really happy with it, I think when I'm ready for another car I will defo go back to Rhondda, I felt very comfortable speaking to them, and they looked after me.

I needed 2 vans, I was looking for a Transit type and then something a little smaller, more of a caddy style. I wanted to buy both from the same dealership to keep things as simple and easy as possible. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, so I didnt want to have to do it twice. I found a Ford Transit & Mercedes Citan with Rhondda Motor Company, I called and spoke to the salesman, and I got a great feeling. The dealer was really helpful, friendly and informative. I left a deposit on the vans and when I went to collect, they were both sparkling clean, exactly as described and looked even better in the flesh. Both vans are doing great, running/driving/functioning very well, no problems at all. I will use Rhondda again for all vehicle needs, they really looked after me, 5* customer service.
