I went to Richlee Motor Co Billericay to look for a car for my elderly parents and the staff there were superb. They treated my parents with great respect, even offering to deliver the car to them and to stay and make sure they got familiar with the car and were confident with the controls. The sale went very smoothly indeed and my parents are delighted with their car. I don't ever leave reviews - but I am going to just this one time as I think it is well deserved. Bought a Focus from Richlee Motor Co, 1 week of driving went into limp mode, found a door seal had been siliconed into place when it came loose and that the passenger door retaining clip hinge was loose. Took back for problems to be sorted no courtesy car and no was down to us to keep track of what was happening repair wise. Got car back to find a hole where the retaining clip was (this or be without a car for a week as they were waiting for the part) . Got car back today that the part they were waiting for seemingly was just a washer have they just bodged a fix. Still has same problem but now car is damaged.

Put a deposit on a car but had to leave to circumstances changing, Richlee Motor Co then refusing to give deposit back! Absolute con men, thief's disgusting way to run a business!

After signing the finance document, they decided I owed more money. I refused and took it to the trading standards as they were trying to rip me off. Nothing but trouble with this company! Jerry, the manager at the Richlee Motor Co Rayleigh branch is a really nasty piece of work, out the phone down on me a number of times, I was only talking to him in a quiet tone but he didn’t like that a woman had more brains than he wanted. Also, emailed the director of the company. He didn’t even bother to respond. Myself and my family will never trade with this company again.

Have been very impressed with Richlee Motor Co since purchasing my car from them a month ago. Noticed a scratch on the bodywork, took it in to them and they did a scuff repair for free, dealt with Colin who was extremely helpful.
Richlee Motor Co are a fantastic company to deal with from the moment we arrived we were treated First Class service! We will definitely make the trip from Northern Ireland again! Worth the journey

I was looking to exchange my golf which I had for 9 years, browsing round Richlee Motor Co I spoke with (old) Paul next thing I'm driving a 3year old VW Tiguan away from the forecourt; very pleasant company to deal; great backup service afterwards nothing is too much trouble; would definitely try there 1st next time I am looking to change my vehicle.

Visited Richlee Motor Co at Rayleigh on 20/10/2018 after seeing car advertised on Autotrader. Phoned first before visiting as had to travel from Norfolk. Very helpful staff especially Jerry W. No pushy sales people. Fair price given on my part exchange very happy with the VW Passat I purchased from them. Jerry even replaced the missing part of the tow bar. Jerry was very helpful in answering my questions. Car was ready for me to collect a week later as I requested, fully serviced and cleaned. Jerry W is a credit to the company.
Got a focus last year and all I had is problems with it. When test drove the car the low tyres pressure came on and they said they fix it but it never did they just make things up try to get out of it really. There finances deal is really poor I found it cheaper getting a loan over the same length of time. When I had to change the tyres I couldn't because all the wheel nuts were different and they taken no responsibility but they are the only people who have taken it off when it went back to get the puncher fixed witch they didnt even do. I could go on about them really. never going back again
