Hi to all that reads this, I make this review with a heavy heart. Saw a car in their collection, agreed a price. They couldn't be more helpful. transfered all the money on 31.7.21. BMW M4 competion convertible. £41500. Car was ment to be delivered on the 7.8. 21. I was told they would ring me when the car leaves them, about a 4 hr drive. Had no call. Rang them, was told driver had to self isolate, covig. That very same day. OK, let's make it Monday. Now, after I had transferred the money, straight away I noticed when I rang they where no longer so helpful. I had to chase them, finance was still shown on the car. Trade finance I was told that would clear by the Friday, just before 1st delivery date. Yes it did but I was wasting my money doing finance checks to see that it had. Worry that I should have to have. So after I had spoke to them on the missed Saturday delivery date he assure me ( Richard the sales rep)that mondayvthey would deliver out of hrs, I said I'd be home 5pm. Monday came, no phone call letting me know car had left. No car was delivered, Tuesday I rang them, all I wanted now was my money back. I did not trust them. Yes they did this promptly. But why sell me a car & mess me about & not deliver ???? I think they sold it to someone else who offered more money. Such a shame, be more professional guys. Adrian taylor, cardiff.

Mo & Richard are selling damaged vehicles to the public buying hit cars using stolen parts to repair and do dodgy paint jobs beware they then have a receptionist worse than a snake

We recently bought a range rover sport from Mo at Riviera and have had nothing but good service. We enquired about a particular RRS and Mo offered us the facelift upgraded model which was a bonus, we added extra spec and bigger wheels and they delivered it straight to our door. We have had a few minor teething issues with it but Mo has been very efficient in sorting them and even offered me a courtesy car to save the wait. Receptionist was very polite and friendly too. On the whole very happy with my new car and experience here and would return - highly recommend - AMAZING CARS!

After reading a number of negative reviews about Riviera I was not too eager to buy a car from them however after I spoke to Richard, it got me thinking again. They had the exact car that I was looking for so felt I needed to give them the benefit of the doubt and following my visit to their showroom, I could see that they are not a shabby outfit! Richard made my family and I feel at ease when we went to view the car and we had an unaccompanied test drive which for us was enough to secure the deal. Richard was very helpful and took notice of the few little niggles that needed sorting and Lee was extremely proficient in getting these sorted for us. Even after bringing the car home, a couple of things needed sorting and the car was booked in with no quibbles and the issues rectified. Of course selling cars is their business however I believe that they genuinely want their customers to be delighted with their purchase and they go the extra mile to make that happen. I would definitely recommend them and will look to buy another car from the team when that time eventually comes. Thanks Riviera and especially Richard and Lee 👍
