Bought my car from RNR Cars only a couple of weeks ago and so far am very pleased. The dealer was willing to listen to what I wanted and at no point made me feel pressurised into buying. There was no of the usual "do you want to buy an extended warranty" or "can I interest you into this magic polish that will protect your cars' paint for the next 50 years" that you usually get with car dealers. Even when it can to collection and the dealer had already taken our money, he spent time with us to ensure that we were comfortable in our new car and that we understood all of it's features. I shall definitely return to purchase my next car from here!

Highly recommend this dealer who definitely knows his cars. His advice was honest and extremely helpful in my search for a car. Although he didn't have the car I wanted, he made the effort to go out and find me the perfect car! So pleased with my car and the service I received.

Very happy with the BMW I purchased from here. There was a small issue with the heated seat sometimes not working but nothing that they didn't sort out. Will definitely be in touch when I am ready to purchase my next car!

Purchased my wife a lexus from this small family run business and I was very impressed with the service I received. I wouldn't return to RNR Cars on the basis that I had way to many issues with the Jaguar I bought. The aftercare was bad too as they didn't really want to help. The car now still has issues.

I must admit, I do not have a recollection of any complaints made to us regarding a Jaguar that we have sold recently. Therefore I do urge you to contact me directly on 020 8022 6126 with your name, the registration number of the car and an outline of the issues that you are experiencing. I understand that it can be frustrating when a car goes wrong and can assure you that we would never be unwilling to help. Being a small family business, we pride ourselves on our reputation and customer service. This is the first negative comment that we have ever received and I take it extremely seriously. Clearly we haven't met your expectations on this occasion and therefore am keen to get to the bottom of your issues. RNR Cars is on a a bit of Backstreet with a very narrow entrance. The Lotus I was buying which I think is a pretty high end car seemed fairly standard compared to all the Bentley's and other expensive motors they had there! They gave a decent price for my PX considering it was worth bugger all really! The dealership was quite local to me and I would definitely recommend them as the car was very clean and as described!

I am very pleased with my Jaguar from RNR Cars. It was clean and in very good condition and I have only had a couple of very minor issues but nothing that the dealership haven't got sorted very quickly and easily. The dealers have been really helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful dealer. Bought a Jaguar xf from them. 2 weeks later the headlight bulb stopped working, went back to them without any notice (as they are very local to me). Put a new bulb in whilst I waited and at no cost. Highly recommend.
