Great service from start to finish. Initial conversation with Will on the phone was very professional. Agreed a price for our car as part x on the phone and they honoured that. They dealt with all the paperwork and even put fuel in the car…enough to get me home to Cumbria! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

A long established business that values its reputation. Cars all good quality abs well presented. Good selection of extras. Tough on price though - don’t expect big discounts off the ticket price, based on reasonable prices to start with. Good after sales so far.

So, I'm one one week in from receiving my new car. Lots of new gadgets on controls - not mastered all but plenty of time to sort lol. Following a friends recomendation I called Robert Cooper Cars. Mark was very pleasant and understood my car needs. Had looked at 2 on-line and the one I finally chose reflected my needs totally. Pleasure doing business - will highly recommend.
If anyone thinks that good customer service is a thing of the past then please check out Robert Cooper cars. we really can't say that the service provided by Mark was good. That would not be good enough. The customer service can only be described as superb, excellent, and first class from start to finish. We have only given five stars because we can't leave six. Thank you Mark, for making our car purchase a very pleasant experience.
