I did have to return 9 days later as car experienced some vibration once again Natalie was on hand to help and I got booked in and sorted, minor issue with wheel balancing which all got resolved - Big thanks to Natalie and the rest of the team as rare to make the purchasing of a car a great experience and will certainly return to purchase again and fully recommend 👌

I had been browsing S James' stock for a while after discovering them on Autotrader, and when I saw a vehicle show up that I really liked I figured it was time to get in touch! The process was well explained and they were happy to answer any questions promptly and thoroughly. I live across the water, and they handled everything brilliantly and remotely for me, Josh particularly was really helpful. On the day of collection, the process was very smooth and everything was again explained very well by Mat. Having worked in the trade, couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, time and money well spent!
Natalie was amazing in S James Prestige! The spec and quality of the cars are fab. I cannot recommend the company enough, the entire process of purchasing and collecting the car was so easy and Natalie was so helpful the whole time!
