Had a bit of issues at the start trying to get finance sorted but Michael didn’t let it go and got it all working at the end of the day :)
Michael walked me through the process step by step and took all the stress away. The whole team is accommodating, professional and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier with the car. having the option to make a few modifications to the car before collection day is definitely a selling point. Within a few days the work was complete and the car was ready for collection. 10/10 !

What can I say, an amazing stress free experience from start to finish. Natalie was really patient and extremely helpful even when I changed my mind over some of the options I wanted with the car. Nothing was too much trouble, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from all the team at S James Prestige. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly and the car was ready for me when I turned up. Been following S James Prestige for a while online. Always got a great set of looking cars. Anyway it was time for me to make a purchase and they had a 4 series gran coupe White which I was looking for with good low miles at the right price. I spoke to Josh who explained the process. I was abit concerned buying a car without looking at it first but when I went to collect the car it was beyond my expectations. Great condition inside and out with all the additional parts fitted. Test drive was great and I couldn't of been happier with the whole process. Would highly recommend and will be back when I'm in the market for a new car.
