Resolving issues

The experience was very good with S James Prestige until I washed the car for the first time and suspected some scratches on the bonnet. The following week I cleaned the bonnet with strong detergent which revealed deep swirl scratches which had been filled with coloured polish. I range S James and they said they had not done it and offered nothing in terms of resolving the issue or covering the cost of repair. Be aware when you go there, the cars are good but things are potentially hidden on some cars!

  4. We confirm funding options and arrange finance
  5. Secure vehicle with £500 balance
  6. Speak with our collections team and arrange a day of collection or delivery within 7-10 days whilst we prepare your car
  7. Either receive car via delivery or come down to view the car
  8. Once happy with everything, just a few signatures and you're ready to drive away in your beautiful bespoke car
