Visited S James to view a car, from initial conversation with Khloe I was informed about the car and received additional pictures on request. We met Matt who showed us the car, although the car was in the best condition we have viewed, my partner decided the colour was not right for him. As promised by S James, I received my deposit back with no hassle. I am certainly going to be visiting again as I have every confidence in the team there.

Buying a 2nd hand car, especially a high end one can be a very daunting prospect and difficult experience. This is definitely not the case with S James Prestige. From my original enquiry about the car, Josh and Matt were outstanding. They provided me a complete breakdown of the car itself and the associated costs for purchase and were always at the end of phone calls or emails to answer any question or query I had. On the day of collection, the whole office staff were incredibly friendly and inviting (even suggesting a great local place for lunch as I was hours early for my scheduled appointment). The car itself was incredible, looked absolutely amazing and was finished exactly how it was meant to be and valeted to a super high standard. This was honestly the best car buying experience I have had and Matt and Josh are a credit to their company and their industry. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
