This is the 2nd car I have purchased from simpsons and was just as impressed as the first time, Ryan is very professional and was so helpful with transaction of part exchange and transfer of private plate etc, Ricky was very helpful and patient with all my questions about car spec etc, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, only place I will buy a car in the future, would highly recommend buying a car to others

I didn’t go in planning to buy a car, but a purple BMW 120 F70 in the showroom caught my eye immediately. Once I found out how new it was and how low the mileage was, I must have looked interested because I was offered a test drive on the spot. When I got back with Ryan, Bryan gave me a great price for my own car. I took the night to think it over, went back the next day, shook hands on the deal, and the car was fully valeted and ready to drive away by 3pm. Ryan sorted the road tax and even handled the transfer of my private plate online. When I arrived, the plates were already made up and fitted to the car. I’ve dealt with Bryan and his team before, so the professionalism didn’t surprise me — but it’s always impressive. They come highly recommended from me.

Having shared a family vehicle for 11 years, I was looking to purchase my first car. I had been set on a VW Scirocco R for years, and luckily, a listing for one appeared on AutoTrader at Simpson Motors. Being from Shetland, it was a fair trip to make but Simpson Motors made it as stress-free as possible. They were able to kindly hold the car for me via a deposit until I was able to make the trip down on the ferry to the mainland and view it. Ryan Scobie is a credit to the company. He handled my purchase form start to finish, very friendly from first phonecall to final correspondence. Wealth of knowledge about the vehicle, and kindly gave me a test drive demo as I wasn't at that stage confident with it being my first automatic gearbox experience. He offered me an excellent deal on trade-in of the Ford Fiesta and made sure I understood all the paperwork as a first time buyer.
