I just bought my second car from Bryan at Simpson’s Motors and couldn’t recommend them enough. He took the time to answer all my questions and both cars I have bought have been flawless! I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Bought a Honda Civic from Simpson Motors, no trouble with car. Went back to them and up graded to Honda CRV customer service was great no trouble at all in helping you out If looking for a car would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a Jaguar XF from Simpson Motors and collected car today. From start to finish I had exemplary attention and service. Nothing too much trouble as I looked at two or three other cars before deciding on the Jag. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly treatment. I'd pop in regularly if I didn't live 150 miles away.

Simpson Motors is an absolute shambles of a company. No customer care whatsoever. Badly let down on a number of occasions. your finance gets accepted, the finance company contact you before simpsons motors do to let you know you've been accepted yet THEY'VE SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE!?! And tell you that you can't have it. What kind of service is that?? You'd think a smaller company compared to the likes of Arnold Clark etc would be glad of business especially if finance had been accepted on said car, but instead sell it to someone else and don't even have the courtesy to inform you, knowing that you're extremely keen and have been phoning up enquiring frequently over a period of time, test driven it and come to a compromise on a higher deposit as it is what they requested. Phoned up enquiring and the attitude of the salesman even though knew of keen interest was so standoffish, as far as I'm concerned the company knew they were selling it to someone else and knew my finance had been accepted otherwise the finance company wouldn't have contacted me yet didn't even bother to say. Absolutely appalled at the shocking service of this company. Looks like from other reviews I've dodged a bullet and am actually glad I didn't get the car. If this is what their pre-sale service is like, who knows what the aftercare is. Laughable.

Thank you for phoning and again like your google reviews lying blatantly over the phone , but it has helped as we can now confirm these numerous review’s have in fact came from the initial source we had thought.
We are now seeking legal action as this cause for “slander” you have consistently lied through every statement you have made. Attempting to intentionally damage the reputation of a long standing family business.
I can assure you google don’t simply just remove any review flagged without necessary means. They know where the reviews originated from regardless of how many different accounts & names you make up.

The BMW I bought has been good, still drives really well! There was an issue with the car but they took it straight back and sorted it all out for me which was great. They were very helpful. I would recommend them as the aftercare was really good!

I bought a car from this dealership in August. The dealers were not very accommodating at all and seemed very disinterested. There were some long delays in getting the bank transfer completed and they just showed so consideration. I had travelled a long way to come and collect the car and they were aware of this. I have had issues with the car but I have not bothered to go back as I'm sure they have probably washed their hands of this car. I would not go back or recommend.

Very dissapointed to see this review and i would like to apolagise for any inconvience caused, Unfortunatley we have no control over bank transfers and any delay in funds reaching us is your banks responsibility our hands are unfortunatley tied in this situation.
Regarding any issues you've had with the car, Again very dissapointed to hear this and can only apolagise, I really wish you had contacted us and atleast gave us the opportunity to help before branding us as a dealer who would "wash their hands of it".
We are a family run business for over 38 years now who pride ourselves on customer satifaction we never deny any responsability for issues that arise.

Simpson Motors were very professional in their approach, I'd never bought a car on finance before but they knew the process well and guided me through it, they kept in contact and told me exactly what I needed to provide. As far as the car is concerned I've had no problems and I'm happy with the price I paid. I'd certainly use this Simpson Motors again.
