The experience started off well and Jamie is very personable. The car itself proved to be a nightmare and one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life. The underside was so rotten it was only worth scrapping really and I've spent three times as much as it cost in putting it right. Sorry I ever went there. Buyers should also be careful about the warranty which we were keen to have as it covers very little in real terms. The dealers are very friendly that's true, but at the end of the day it's about the car you buy and I bought a total dead loss. It's since cost me 1000s to rectify and it's still not right. Buyers need big pockets or an AA check first.

Went to S M Cars Lancaster not really knowing what car we wanted and had a browse around. The owner came out and asked us what type of car we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. After looking at a few cars I was asked if I thought about having a Vauxhall Astra Elite. I was taken over to the car and all the spec was described to me, did a test drive and it was everything that I wanted. Collected it a couple of days later. It really is an amazing car. All the fellas working there are just so polite and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else after this great experience. Highly recommended. 5****
