SM Specialist Cars sold me a rubbish 320i bmw. I had to buy a new tyre as car tyre popped when joining m1 back to London. Then car engine gave up 4 months later leaving me in debt as car was financed. Rubbish company in my opinion.

I disagree with SM Specialist cars they make themselves seem reasonable simply because they know you didn't ask them for a repair or refund. I know otherwise. Had you asked for a refund for your faulty car you would not have had a reasonable response.

I bought a ford from this dealership in June. The car had not been valeted and When I washed it it revealed a few scratched but other than that it was okay. It was seasonably good value for money But I have had to have the AC re-gassed and an oil change after only a week. I had this done at another garage as I didn't really want to travel back to the dealership.

Aftrr spending 6 months withoit a car, I finally bought a 07 Citreon Picasso from this dealer. The staff were amazing. I especially think that both Jordan and Stephan were great. I noticed a noise after purchase and took it back. They sorted it out immediately without any hassle. Now drives like a dream. Car was excellent value for the age and came with a full Citreon service history. Thanks guys.
I purchased a BMW from this dealership. The car is good but it did not come with an MOT or service. The car was good value or money and I have not had any issues with it up to now. I would recommend them.

BEWARE STEER CLEAR. I bought a Peugeot 106, normal car dealer problems. The car had a broken dipstick, oil light was on and was told by the dealer it was the sensor so I took it straight to the workshop and at this time was told the head gasket was gone. So I called the dealer to be told sold as seen no refund very unhelpful. Was livid put phone down was gonna pay visit with few lads chose to go to Trading Standards after being offered measly 100 towards the cost of the repair.MY ADVICE IS TO STEER CLEAR of SM Specialist Cars Ltd.

This was a £500 car which was a part exchange to clear. As a result this was sold with no warranty and was sold on a sold as seen basis. We offered to have the car fully repaired at no cost to the buyer. The customer was more than welcome to bring down a mechanic to check the car over prior to the purchase and also we did not force him to buy the car. We did not at anytime put pressure on him to purchase it. Kind Regards, SM Specialist Cars.
Car was value for money, however this was until it started having an intermittent fault. So it went into a garage after taking it to a VW dealer (lots to fix) to see what they could do. Must have plenty of cases in court because he was proud of them when I told SM Specialist Cars Ltd. Don't touch this car dealership if you want my advice.

On this particular occasion this customer came back to us after having the car for 6 months. We gave them 6 months warranty with the car, we offered to have this checked into the garage even though the warranty ran out. The customer was still not happy with this. What else can we do?
