SM specialist cars is by far the best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment I saw the car and made the call, nothing was too much trouble, within hours I got a personalised walk round video addressing some of the question I had asked about the car. All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. There were no hidden details or agenda. Just upfront honest people who were a pleasure to deal with. Stef was amazing with looking after me on the deal and as in contact daily to arrange all the details. The deal on the car was exceptional in terms of both price and quality of the car. I live in Manchester, but delivery of the vehicle was no issue and was arranged by Stef and delivered by Trevor. When I say nothing was too much trouble they even delivered on Christmas Eve as my car had gone back and they didn’t want to leave me without a car. Trevor was brilliant and talked me round the car and got the paperwork sorted. There were one or two snags once the car had been delivered and Stef sorted them out quickly and efficiently without question. Obviously auto-trader is the way to buy a second hand car these days, but in future I will go to SM specialist motors first, because of the peace of mind it offers in an industry where there are plenty of people looking to rip you off it is nice to deal with people in the industry for the right reasons. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely, be going back when I'm next looking for a car.

Was lucky enough to buy a BMW 420D Gran Coupe and it drives like a dream. Found all the team especially Stefan to be most professional and polite with a fuss free service. Many thanks and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Was able to view, test and leave with Range Rover Sport the same day. Stephan was great to deal with, relaxed yet professional ( even picked me up from the station).
