Bought a Mitsubishi outlander from them. No hassle or hard sales they allowed me to make up my own mind. I purchased it unseen and they delivered it next day the guy who delivered it went through the car with me until I was satisfied with everything. Only problem was that it only had one key but after I telephoned them it was all sorted out & now I have two keys Would I go back? would not think twice yes.

The team was excellent. They were very warm and welcoming. They even picked me up from train station. The car is beautiful as described. I would highly recommend them.

The service I have received from S M Specialist Cars from the start has been excellent. When I first enquired about car I was contacted by Stefan who was polite and professional from the beginning. Any questions I had were answered straight away and I did have questions about service history and other queries and Stefan was really patient and said he would look into these and come back to me on a certain day and time (which he did everytime) Meeting the guys at S M Specialist Cars was great and again very professional and honest about car and i was given a decent amount of time to loo at the car and drive to really make sure it was for me. The after service I have received from Stefan and Tanvir has been again brilliant. The car had an issue with a smoke smell which for me was a big thing. Tanvir has been in constant contact and responded to every email. I have obtained a quotation from a local valeting company to provide a full clean of the car and S M Specialist Cars have very kindly agreed to cover the full cost. I just want to say, that I don't believe that S M Specialist Cars knew about the smoke smell as the car didn't smell when I first saw it and also wen it arrived at the garage. Recently purchased a Toyota Landcruiser from here - no pushy sales patter or pressure selling - nothing hidden - very friendly and accommodating (I actually went to purchase a different car and changed my mind at the last minute when I saw something even better, but nothing was too much trouble for them). All the team were professional, friendly and very helpful. The icing on the cake for me was when I had a couple of very minor issues they were extremely helpful, lent me a curtesy car and resolved the issues. I was that impressed I purchased a second vehicle weeks later for my daughter, and I know where I will go when the wife's car needs changing.

From start to finish excellent customer service, Stefan was outstanding. Had a small issue when car was delivered however this was quickly resolved to our satisfaction - would definitely recommend using these guys, nothing is a problem.
