I went to view my new car by myself as my husband was at work, I was a bit nervous as never been alone before but Stefan and the team made me feel very relaxed and not pushy at all. I took as long as I needed to look at the car and test drive. They offered a great price for my part exchange which I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. When I got home there was a few little problems but I got straight back to Stefan and they’ve been sorted out straight away nothing has been a problem. I would definitely go back and recommend friends/family. Also shout out to the valeting guy who cleaned the vehicle up superb & even got the little bits that I pointed out - overall 10/10

Very great customer service. I emailed them about a Honda Jazz a couple days before I came down to see it and upon noticing that the MOT has ended they did a full new MOT and serviced it before I came down so it was fully ready and I was able to drive it away the same day! Very pleased as it is my first car. Thank you so much to Stefan and the team!!

I had a great experience buying my BMW 640 from SM Specialist Cars, a company that shows 100% care and respect for their clients, also with such a great range. They helped explained the process in buying a car and also helped get the insurance sorted. I have just moved from Australia and have not have experienced this previously from a company selling second hand cars, and must say I did visit a BMW dealer in the UK and didn't get the confidence I received form these guys, I have asked them to find me another car for our guys coming out from Australia.
