Got to give credit where it’s due . Bought a Audi from this showroom . From start to finish the service was excellent. Didn’t know what car I really wanted think they thought I was a time waster . All staff was great friendly helpful and polite . Got the car I wanted so happy with it it was polished inside and out. It was gleaming it looked like a brand new car. Plenty of choice good prices and very knowledgeable. So give this garage a try you will not be disappointed. My son is going to look next month for a Audi or bmw . Lee

Absolutely fantastic service from Gary and the team, every step of the way he has been exceptional. Gary was top notch from the word go, When i rang i explained that i need the car very quickly and i lived about 100 miles away and wondered if i would be able to pick it up the next day he said i'll see what i can do and an hour later rang me back saying the have it on the lift checking it for me and doing a service and i could collect it tomorrow. The next day i drove down the car was just getting cleaned as i arrived and Gary didn't waste any time in taxing the car for me and getting it all ready for me to drive away. the car is exceptional, but as happens when buying a used car it did develop 2 faults, the nox sensor went nothing could have predicted it just a couple of days after buying it the engine management light come on , I thought to myself here we go this is gonna be a problem, Rang Gary and they was no moaning, no trying to blame me, Just "have you got a garage near you" and "i will get this sorted for you" , contacted a garage near me Gary rang them paid them they did the work. The garage noticed that they was a knocking from the engine from the engine, turned out to be the timing chain, rang Gary again and same thing ok mate we can sort it i'll give the garage a ring now, as i write this car is getting sorted thanks to the exceptional after care Gary and spirit motors have provided.

Terrible aftercare. Once they have your money you are on your own. They couldn’t care less. Should be shut down and banned from trading.

Hello, Mid March, I purchased a Range Rover sport HSE . On collection I was told a service was carried out , and indeed the service book had been stamped to confirm this. Also, tracking was said to be carried out. The only thing not done as promised was the MOT. Not a problem as MOT was booked in at a garage near me. Oh yes and I was also told that the timing belts would be checked as they should have been changed a couple of services previous but no proof it had been and was promised it would be changed. All happy times. Moving forward to the MOT, it was discovered that the service hadn’t been Done at all even the the service book had been stamped to say so. The company doing the MOT was asked to do an oil change for me. at the very least a case of fraud. Then I found out that the tracking also hadn’t been done either, and timing belts weren’t mentioned at all (which were meant to be done in the service, that never was !!! To add to all this, the key fob had a problem right from the outset, were it was using batteries at the rate of every couple weeks. Tried everything to rectify this but no luck, so I contacted Darren to see if we could sort this out, because he told me that if a problem occurs in first 3 months to contact them directly. then after that to contact the warranty company. I was told by Darren to contact warranty company directly straight away, which was totally different to what he initially told me... As the warranty company doesn’t cover key fobs I then contacted Darren again. I have not had a reply to the last 2 emails to him. Apart from all this the pre delivery inspection of my car could not have taken place as the front drivers tyre was flat along with the spare... the rear drivers side door doesn’t react to the fob, it has to be locked and unlocked manually. I have emailed several times over the last few weeks but no answer at all . Obviously I don’t expect a perfect car, but £12,000 is still a lot of money and there were other choices out there, for a better quality of same car, as it has now turned out. All very dodgy in my opinion and they totally deserve the bad reviews. I shall be taking this further

Paid £5000 for a Citroen DS3 in February this year. Less than 3 months later the car is broken with serious issues. Purchased a warranty with the car which is practically useless as the rejected the claim. Garage are refusing to fix the vehicle and the owner is quite aggressive when contacted. Taken them to trading standards and the ombudsman.

So I bought a car from the company in feb 21 I have had it less then 3 months and covered less the 2000 miles, started to hear a noise from the engine and had to call AA out they looked over my car and advised me not to drive it so I had this towed to my own independent garage where I payed for them to give me a diagnostic of what was wrong to which they did and photos as well, I got told to go through warranties low and behold warranty want no pet of it, so I went back to the garage and the owner is one of the most rudest people I have ever had the pleasure to speak to and denied 🙅‍♀️ that his company and dodgy mots was to blame. Issue with this person is still on going I have reported to ombudsman and the mot garage too this garage is clearly in breach and he gets very defensive when called out

I bought my Ford Galaxy from Spirit and after some teething problems it was taken in hand and put right without argument.They even gave me a nice curtesy car while the issues where being dealt with. The salesman Andy helped me choose the car I wanted to suit my purpose and from start to finish he was the perfect gentleman. The owner Mr Singh was a pleasure to do business with and really polite and professional. All the staff in the office where very friendly. I would recommend these guys simply because they are honest, patient and professional. I will be back for my future cars. Thank you spirit motor company : )

The communication was great during the buying process, but after that, you can whistle in the wind. My car broke down on the way home and they point blank refused to do anything about it. All of a sudden Mo(hamed) is not iin the office today would I like to leave a message? I left about 20 of them. No reply and still hiding. Andy, the salesman (liar and con artist) is suddenly not working there anymore. Except he is. If you phone as a punter, he’ll be all over you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off for fun!!! Bought a car £7000 cash, within 2 months the suspension brushes went, the paint was flaming off the wheels, the headlights and dipped headlights have failed and the paint job on the bumper was shocking!!! All in all I’ve paid close to £400 to have it repaired!!! The Asian owner offers to pay a third of the price for the suspension IF I use one of his mechanics!!!! Customer service was shocking I’ve had nothing but problems, I am a hardworking man and I will never put a penny in their pocket again!!! NO CUSTOMER SPIRIT WHATSOEVER!!!

Friendly people to deal with, great selection of cars, fantastic efforts on Covid restrictions..... Love the car i just bought, went through Auto trader, but put in part X and the value for my minimum trade value was offered less from the garage, Next was warranty they only give 28days warranty and would like you to buy extra warranty at extra price on top? considering most garages offer minimum of 3months with some even offering 6-12months at NO extra charge, lastly never bought a car that didn't have a service before sale, yes they did 125 point check but that is not a service on the car which a customer will have to do straight away adding more cost to the car, in essence service plus warranty could be and extra £1000 added to the price of the car your buying that would normally come as standard from other dealers, as with my wifes car i bought only the previous month, fresh MOT, Fresh Service for piece of mind and 6mths Warranty all included in the Price .... All things considered my experience with spirit is still positive all in all just think what makes a company stand out is offering that little extra to there customers
