Left a deposit collected few days later vehicle as described

Took my partner to look at an Astra 6 weeks ago,she put down a £200 deposit which we were told was refundable,we then couldnt get finance on the vehicle due to the company not being regulated,we were then given a couple of numbers to call to arrange finance through Star Cars. When we declined this offer and told them we wouldnt be going through with the deal they blanked us completely. No phone calls,no txts nothing. They have stolen our money and have made NO attempt to sort out the refund. Thankfully we didnt buy the car because judging by all the other reviews they mostly seem to breakdown. One last thing..isn't it strange that the 'positive' reviews all seem to follow the same script? Avoid. Return my deposit.

Avoid like the plague, they LIED and STOLE from me. Can't even begin to express how shady and poor the service is. Was sold a car that DIED on the FIRST DAY. I towed it back (paid for it!) to get looked at and I was promised it was "fixed", IT DIED AGAIN (paid to tow it back again !!). I did not want to give them a 3rd opportunity as I did not trust them because the fixes they said they did in the car were not done. I was repeatedly lied to and I asked them specifically to check the spark plugs because i understand the basic of cars and they said they have done it. They did not and guess what the problem was? the spark plugs... Also they tried to scrap my old car (that was at their garage for them to try to fix it) which is ILLEGAL. I only found out when I myself booked a collection for scrap. In the end, they STOLE my old car, as they had the keys (but not the documents). I have never dealt with shadiest people. (and I have evidence of everything I am saying as I am following the legal route.) Save yourself from the issues i had.

Visited this afternoon To see a Blue Transit (£1699). owner said key to start van 'needs a wiggle' when i opened the Radio & Glove box missing also looked like someone was sleeping in rear. Viewg MOT lots of advisories last 3 to repair wld cost ~£400, mot expires June 23 he said no problem I can get you 1yr MOT now ! Sounds very dodgy. I left quickly.

What a load of fucking bollox all these reviews saying a great company it’s all and great service it’s all fake my daughter just brought a car and it’s broken down already I will be personally paying these rip offs a visit. To get a refund

Sold me a faulty, dangerous car. Tried to get money back and he was very aggressive, used the race card, threatening, accusing. Said he would fix the car and then refused to return it to me.
