What a load of fucking bollox all these reviews saying a great company it’s all and great service it’s all fake my daughter just brought a car and it’s broken down already I will be personally paying these rip offs a visit. To get a refund

Sold me a faulty, dangerous car. Tried to get money back and he was very aggressive, used the race card, threatening, accusing. Said he would fix the car and then refused to return it to me.

I would avoid this company like the plague,
I brought a car off him for my daughter, he failed to tell me and it's been in an accident,
I took it to get it serviced is it i Muhammad failed to tell me any information on the vehicle,
He failed to tell me about the that it needed a new cambelt new water pump new brakes changed the oil in the gear box,, He failed to tell me, It had one broken key, new keys cost me £240,
he failed to tell me it's had different locking nuts, so needed new locking nuts all round, he failed to tell me about the dodgy brakes, been replaced now,
he failed to send me a receipt, even though his delivery driver says it will be in the post,
my phone Muhammad and told him it cost me sevice £918,20, keys £240, total £1158.20 to put things right,,
And all the company said "was what do you expect from a second-hand car"...
this is not honest company I am still waiting for my receipt I would avoid like the plague,

Waited ages for my log book, contacted DVLA and was given an old V5C from dealer, rang them and was like talking to a tree, disgusting service, and didn't care so after waiting 6 weeks for nothing now got to wait longer,
Reported to traiding standards as DVLA said they shouldn't have sold it without correct paperwork

I can only assume, from my experience with these people is that these 'wonderful' reviews are probably untrue,
I have only seen lethargy at the pre-sales phase and aggressive resistance at the request for repair of the awful and dangerous faults and blank refusal of a refund.
The warranty is useless.

Charges a 50 quid admin fee for no reason and even then doesn't send off for your log book. Buy elsewhere.

Car sold with no oil in , faulty air valve and burned thermostat which my mechanic says they must have known about as he can see its been tampered with. They said they had sent it off , had the car 3 months still no log book. When I contactex them they assured me it had been sent off. when I contacted them to say not got it they said they will put it in the post so obviously lied on the first occasion. Still no log book and then told it is my responsibility to change the keeper. This is new to me and not something I have ever done previously. Now have to pay for this . You will all make your own decisions I'm sure but I would for sure advice staying well clear from this company. It would have been easier to get a bus everywhere!

Went to see a second hand car. Dealer was straight forward and upfront told me exactly what I needed to know. I did have a small issue after but they sorted it straight away. Was so happy I sent my neighbour who bought himself a 4x4 for just shy of £10k
Even he can’t believe the value for money.
Definitely will be back for more.
