Stebbings Car Superstore are local to me so I went round and had a look back in March when I was looking to buy a new car. I've got no complaints at all about the dealership, I told them I needed the car in the next couple of days and they got it sorted quick. The car has been brilliant. I would recommend this car superstore to any car buyer.

I recommend Stebbings Car Superstore in Kings Lynn for there outstanding customer service. They are a really good dealership with staff that are helpful, knowledgeable, resolve issues quickly, the car was clean and as described. Very impressed with the whole experience at Stebbings.

I thought Stebbings was a really good dealership, they were never pushy about any of the extras which I thought was good, they were very helpful when I was asking questions about the car and the contact between us was brilliant we were always in touch and I always knew what was happening

This is something of a mixed review. I would start by saying that Stebbings Car Superstore were initially really good and I would recommend them based on this but the after-care isn't as good they sorted all the issues we had before we bought the car but we had issues after and they were not interested.

Where should i start. Firstly I have to say positive is that when purchasing they were great with me, no pressure on the sale, helpful, put on new brakes, let me have a extensive test drive and really looked after me. Negative at the time of the purchase i pointed out an issue which i expected fixed by the time i picked up, however this wasnt and when they went to resolve the manufacturer wouldnt resolve under warranty and although the dealership are paying for all work to be done they should have had this done prior to my pick up. If this had have been done i would give a massive 5 star its just this has made me give them a 3.5 resolve matter when purchased Overall i am happy and would recommend

As the dealer was not local to me, alot of the process was dealt with over the phone. I found the sales team helpful and appreciated my needs, they were able to honestly review the car and its details so I didnt waste a journey and it was exactly as they had said. I had to be a little patient with the final details of the sale and the speed of some processes but didnt cause me any problems. They had a good stock selection and showed the quality they seem to aspire to. One of the better dealers I've used
