Poor service, refused to fix a problem that occurred within the first 6 months, ignored the sale of goods act. Had to car fixed at a reputable garage in the end as simply didn't trust them anymore and had to use the legal route to recover costs. If you do buy a car from here and have a issue, I suggest you contact trading standards as they are aware of this establishment.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from Frank - we found him extremely helpful - drove a long distance to see the car after to speaking to Will on the phone and the car was exactly as advertised. Would definately recommend and would use again. Only just purchased so wouldn't be able to comment on after sales - but keep up the good work!

Picked my new Audi up at the weekend and I couldn't be more happy with the car and service I received! Very standard transaction, no problems but no real customer service either, just pick the car take the keys and off you go. The car hadn't been cleaned when I picked it up which was disappointing.

On the day I dealt with Frank who couldn't of been more helpful. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anybody else looking because they genuinely seem to care about customer rather than the bottom line like a lot of other places. I'll be going back again for my next car for sure.

Overall I found my experience with stratus to be of excellent quality. They are a very trustworthy and reliable dealership. Services and MOTs always done thoroughly and transparently. We were sold a car by Frank who was very polite and helpful in getting us the best dealer. Would recommend this garage without hesitation.
