Changing to the Peugeot 2008 has been quite a change for us as we had a Vauxhall Astra before, our daughter had bought the 3008 which is the bigger version and we really liked it. We decided we didn't need something quite so big anymore and went with the slightly smaller option. My husband and I are really enjoying using the car, it's comfortable, easy to drive and looks really nice too. Nathan was the sweetest, really looked after me and my husband. Swansway Chester Peugeot are a really good company to consider if you are in the market for a Peugeot, the cars are good quality and the customer service is obviously of a high priority to them.

I drive hire cars regularly for my job and have always had Audi's as my personal cars, the last was a Q3 and before that a A6 Avant. I was using the Peugeot 2008 on hire for a couple days and both my wife and I really liked the car, we hadn't had Peugeot's before and decided when it was time for a change we would give them a go. We went with the 3008 and went through Swansway Chester Peugeot to get this. The car itself has been excellent, runs well, sounds healthy and I have absolutely no complaints. Nathan was exceptional throughout and the only thing stopping me from giving full marks was there was no car mats, the car wasn't cheap so it was a little thing which would have made all the difference for me. I would however, definitely use Swansway Chester Peugeot again.

I had been searching for a new motor and had been to a few different dealership, the main reason I chose to come back to Peugeot in Chester was because Billy, who I delt with was so approachable. When I first got to the dealership he came over, didn't pressure or try to sell us anything straight away he just let us know that if we needed any help he would be floating about, this is what I liked the most. I came back and ended up buying the lovely 308 that we spoke about. The customer service was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and really nice and no pressure at any time was put on. The car runs a dream, I couldn't of asked for much more. I am over the moon and would rate 5 stars all day, Thank you ever so much!

As a returning customer I can safely say that the service I receive every time I visit is always 10/10, the lads are more than welcoming and they are always happy to help. All the cars I have purchased have been faultless and I have always gone back to part exchange them and get the newer models. I'm always offered a test drive and the cars are always well presented. As always, I will see you guys when ready for a swap.

I'm so happy that I went to Swansway as I am In love with my car! The only issue I have with it is that the hand brake sticks but I think this is down to it being a new car, so I will keep an eye on it and see if it gets better but if it doesn't I already know that Billy would be happy for me to take it back to the dealer for it to be looked at.

I was very pleased with the service I received from a chap called Nathan, he was great, he was polite, very kind and most of all very friendly towards me during the process and even after. My dealings down at Chester Peugeot was very good and I rate the dealership very highly! More than happy to give Nathan and the team 5/5!

It is my first time buying a new car with all the fancy gadgets on it, so I'm very much still getting used to all the new buttons that I haven't seen before. As I'm struggling to figure out how to turn off the stop start, I will have to run it in the dealer and ask how to turn it off. Daniel looked after me throughout the sales process and he couldn't have been any more helpful than he was.

I'm happy to share that I've been enjoying a smooth and issue free experience with my car so far... and thats a first haha! From the moment I drove away, everything has been running well, with zero issues or complaints. I must mention and commend the team for there swift and professional approach. Their quick responses and keen eye for details were much appreciated. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, and polite each and every time I spoke with them. Their professionalism and customer service were impressive.

Nathan has been amazing to deal with since I purchased my new car, he is very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. I am still waiting for a spare key but overall I am so pleased with my new car!!
