Special mention goes to Glenn, who was brilliant in looking after me. As a VW fan, I appreciate that there were no issues or pressure when it came to selling me the car. I opted for an automatic car this time round due to a hip issue, and I am pleased with this decision. The ease of not changing gears has made driving a lot easier for me. I personally now prefer automatic cars over manual ones. The ca has been excellent with nothing to report thus far. I am pleased with my decision to buy this car from this dealership.

Nathan was perfect from start to finish, he was polite, approachable and he sold me an amazing car. The aftercare is just as important and when I had an issue with my taillight, Nathan told me to bring it back down and long story short, the issue was resolved. This wasn't the reason for knocking it down a star, but I won't get into that as everyone was lovely and did exactly what they said hey would. I would buy again without hesitation.

What a lovely little Peugeot I have. I've had the car since August, so this is a very true review on the car. I did have an issue with the water pump as it needed replacing but once I mentioned this to the team, they were more than happy for me to bring it in to be replaced. I would like to mention that this was done really quickly as my car is used daily. Joe looked after me throughout the sales process and he was very transparent and professional to deal with, I couldn't fault his service or his knowledge. The car runs great overall and it is an easy 5 stars for me.

I'll be honest, I haven't driven much and don't drive a lot now days, but the journey back from Chester spoke volumes about the quality of the car. Whichever way out the dealership you go, whether through town or roundabout way you are guaranteed to hit large amount of traffic and I haven't drove since my partner wrote my last car off so I was very unnerved. The car handled very well indeed and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. Nathan is our new sales rep instead of Anthony who usually looks after us, both gentlemen are lovely and always so good to us.
