Bought a Defender from Bob and Terry at T Elliott Land Rovers. The condition of the vehicle was better than I had hoped, the pictures did not do the condition justice. The service they provided was excellent, from answering a million questions to helping me post purchase with general Landrover knowledge. I'd not hesitate to recommend them or to buy a further Defender from them in the future.

I love this place all of the Defenders are extremely well presented and of the highest quality .Terry and Bob are father and son they know Defenders inside out , top to bottom ! Nothing is to much trouble for them ! After 2 weeks I had a problem with the vehicle and had to take it back under warranty, we have all heard bad stories of things not being covered etc But after a full investigation I was told the repair would take time So I could wait for that or was offered a full refund or could select another from stock or Bob would find a like for like replacement ! WOW!! You can’t be fairer than that ! And within a few days a like for like replacement was found which had fewer miles on it and was overall an even better Defender ! It was more expensive than the original but due to the inconvenience Bob and Terry offered a straight swop! Which I grateful excepted this bringing a potential Big Problem to a very Happy ending ! Since then I have had several upgrades which I discussed with Bob and he made various recommendations and carried out the works to my total satisfaction. Both Bob and Terry are always at the end of the phone and help me with anything Defender related !! I now consider both of them to be my friends ! I purchased my 110 Utility from Bob/Terry. They have been great and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a quality used defender (not that you can buy them new anymore!). They have an impressive selection to choose from and all seem to be presented in good order. In terms of aftercare, they have also been great at that too. I had an intercooler pipe split on mine, which happens nobody's fault just one of those things. It had been running fine for the first few days and I covered circa 700 miles in that time. Then I began to notice a funny whoosh sound and later an engine management light came on whilst driving home from work on a Thursday night. I was somewhat stressed about the situation as I really needed the vehicle for a long journey on the Saturday morning. This happened at around 20:00 so I emailed Bob (not anticipating a reply until morning) to inform him of the problem. He responded within 20 minutes! He kindly offered me a courtesy car and to collect the vehicle, fortunately as I had traced the problem to its root I was able to let them know what I suspected to be the problem so Bob arranged for his father to come and replace the pipe that had failed. Terry was excellent, I had to be in Warminster at 9:00hrs on the Saturday so Terry went out of his way to be at my address for 06:30hrs and had my 110 fixed by 07:00 leaving me able to continue with my travel plans as normal. It is that level of customer service that is sadly lacking in many businesses these days and going the extra mile that really counts for a lot these days. After thanking Terry for coming at such an early hour and making that level of effort, Terry said "Well you have just purchased a new vehicle from us and I knew you would have wanted to use it over the weekend so I was happy to do it". You can't really get better service than that. So its a 5 star review from me for Bob & Terry / T Elliot Land Rovers. Thanks guys you have been great!

Bob from T. Elliot Land Rovers helped me find my dream Defender. Montalcino Red and beautifully finished inside. I had called to inquire and Bob confirmed that they had what I was looking for and the excitement built until I asked where they were based. Chelmsford in Essex, came the reply. Ah, said I, I’m based in Aberdeen. . .Absolutely no problem replied Bob, fly to Stanstead and I’ll pick you up at the airport. And he did. What a great service. Before I came to collect it, Bob added some more bells and whistles to the car which made it look head turningly, heart stoppingly good. It has already had to cope with some of Scotland’s tricky weather and I am stlishly invincible in my delightful dream Defender.

We have just purchased our first Defender from Bob and Terry at T Elliott.. Being complete novices, not mechanically minded and no idea there was so many different options, they were really helpful, knowledgeable with lots of advice, there was no pressure to purchase and nothing was too much trouble, they had a great selection and we have complete confidence with our purchase, after sale and maintenance of our defender, which is important to us. They have made this a very pleasurable experience, taking away any worries we had of buying our first defender. I bought a Defender 110 unseen from Bob Elliott and was not disappointed when I collected it. The car was as good as the photographs and a trouble- free trade in made it an easy exchange. We did find a small oil leak a few days later when back in Lancashire and the cost of the repair was covered immediately by the Elliott's without a quibble. AW Lancashire.

I bought my 110 Pick up from Bob and Terry site unseen as I live in New Zealand. The pictures posted on their website didn't do the vehicle justice and I was very pleasantly surprised when I got to see the Defender upon arrival in the country. I was warned by my shipping company that 95% of vehicles arriving in New Zealand get stopped at the border to have some sort of quarantine cleaning carried out. My Defender was in the 5% that sailed through in a pristine condition. Bob and Terry made the whole process simple and are a pleasure to trade with. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.
