I bought a Defender 110 unseen from Bob Elliott and was not disappointed when I collected it. The car was as good as the photographs and a trouble- free trade in made it an easy exchange. We did find a small oil leak a few days later when back in Lancashire and the cost of the repair was covered immediately by the Elliott's without a quibble. AW Lancashire.

I bought my 110 Pick up from Bob and Terry site unseen as I live in New Zealand. The pictures posted on their website didn't do the vehicle justice and I was very pleasantly surprised when I got to see the Defender upon arrival in the country. I was warned by my shipping company that 95% of vehicles arriving in New Zealand get stopped at the border to have some sort of quarantine cleaning carried out. My Defender was in the 5% that sailed through in a pristine condition. Bob and Terry made the whole process simple and are a pleasure to trade with. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

I purchased my Defender in November 2016. I highly recommend Bob and Terry if you want a Defender as they are professional, very knowledgeable and their aftersales customer care is just brilliant. I just wish all car dealers were as good as them. They certainly set the standard and you drive away in your new car with confidence!

Couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Tiny problem rectified without me having to lift a finger or make the 150 mile round trip to sort it out. I would buy another defender from Terry and Bob should I ever need two and highly recommend. I even got road tax thrown in and a defender flask
