Couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Tiny problem rectified without me having to lift a finger or make the 150 mile round trip to sort it out. I would buy another defender from Terry and Bob should I ever need two and highly recommend. I even got road tax thrown in and a defender flask
I have recently purchased a Defender 110 from Terry and Bob, having scoured the UK for a reputable second hand Land Rover dealer. I can honestly say that these guys are a pleasure to deal with and they helped me select the perfect vehicle, so much so, that my wife drives it more than me!!. These guys offer a warranty that is fantastic, as I had a few teething problems that were rectified immediately, without question. I will have no problem in recommending this family business to anyone, and I wish them every success in the future.
Having been looking for a Defender for a little while, I found Terry and Bob to have an excellent stock as my fiancée said when arriving it was like a sweet shop with the selection of Defenders. The service was excellent.
I recently purchased a Defender from T Elliott and couldn't have found them more helpful. The service I received both pre and post sale is unrivalled and made buying a vehicle a most pleasurable experience, something which is so often not the case. The vehicle developed a leak shortly after taking delivery of it and Bob arranged for it to be collected, repaired and returned to me with the minimum of fuss. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues and would most definitely use their services again.

We purchased our TD5 Defender Station Wagon from T. Elliot in March 2015. We have been extremely pleased with our Defender and have had no problems at all with it. Terry and Bob were very knowledgeable and the service that they provided was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely purchase another Land Rover from them again.

After purchasing my Defender in August 2014, some 15 months ago, I can honestly say that Terry and Bob's knowledge and customer service is second to none. From the time of purchase, Elliot's have make every effort to advise and assist with the purchase and upkeep of the vehicle, even months after the warranty had expired. Nothing is too much trouble - and what Elliot's don't know about Defenders probably isn't worth knowing! I would thoroughly recommend Terry and Bob to anyone looking for a quality Defender.
