Today was a very disappointing day, I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from t2t I also purchased the 5 star AA warranty, had it just under 5 months only done 4K miles in it and the gearbox oil cooler and pipes have gone so I put it into my local garage whom I have dealt with for 15 years and they tried to claim my warranty but were told this part wasn’t covered, this left me £1100 pounds out of pocket when I already paid £800 for the warranty, so I approached Alan the owner of t2t to try and get a refund on the warranty he proceeded to tell me that they try not to sell the 5 star warranty anymore as they tend not to pay out on a lot of issues said they try to go with the gold warranty now, not much help for me! so he asked AA if they would refund the warranty they said no, I then asked Alan as a good will gesture to a loyal customer who has purchased 6 cars and 3 warranty’s in the last 2 years also who’s family together have purchased a further 6 and have put 2 sales his way by way of friends if he would contribute anything his answer was, you are a good customer but I’m trying to run a business and have to say no a bit more long winded than that but basically the answer was no so I will never purchase another vehicle from them again or another AA warranty.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS REVIEW AND I FEEL I MUST RESPOND.
This gentleman, whom I thought of as a pal, has bought several cars from me over many years and I have always bent over backwards for him due to him being a very good customer. He bought his latest vehicle a 2008 Model in August 2017 and as he always does he bought an extended warranty. The reason he does this is because these warranties have saved him thousands over the years and are well worth having. However on this occasion the issue he had with his car after having it for 5 months is not covered and despite my best efforts I could not get the warranty company to change their mind nor would they refund him. I have sympathy for the customer but I can understand the warranty companies position especially given they paid out on previous vehicles he has owned. I have in the past resolved any issues the customer has had especially if its in the first couple months and because I declined on this occasion he has told me he doesn't wish to deal with me again and has posted this review, which is designed to harm my business. Clearly he is entitled to do both but given all the assistance he has had over the years it is very disappointing. Loyalty and years of good service are lost because I said NO for the first time.
Anyone reading this, if you buy a car from me I will look after you as best I can and better than most dealers will do. We give a 6 months warranty to try and help but no warranties cover everyone item and sometimes despite our best efforts things can go wrong with cars

Great indoor showroom where the cars aren't packed in so you can have a good look all over. Friendly salesman who didn't hang on my shoulder but was there to answer questions. Car was ready for me to take within a few days with full MOT.

I bought Mitsubishi L200 from these guys. Pleasure to deal with no pressure sales tactics very honest and upfront, I found there prices more than reasonable with 6 months free warranty and AA cover.
Would recommend to family and friends.

Bought a Honda from this dealership last month. The car was very well priced compared to similar ones. Also in best condition compared to other we'd seen. Both the service and car have been absolutely fine and i'd recommend!

The Skoda I bought from T2T Cars was reasonable value for money! The car was clean apart from some rubbish inside that got missed. The guys there were very helpful though and that's why id recommend them!

It was accidental when I came across the Audi at T2T Cars, I just happened to be driving past and spotted it. The service there was really great plus the car was very nice! I have no complaints for them, even the PX price wasn't bad. I recommend them!
